Savills Windsor is a great supporter of several community projects to the benefit of the population of the town and surrounding areas.
Savills actively work with Community Service club Windsor Lions which together increases the ability to deliver help to people less fortunate, or to assist with health campaigns, for example Prostate Cancer Awareness, or Fun days for children with disabilities and learning difficulties.
Both the staff at Savills and Lions embraces the ethos of providing help in the local community.
Windsor Lions Membership Director
Windsor Rugby Club has worked along side Savills for many years now. Savills are enormously committed to supporting and helping Windsor RFC and as a club with 450 children and over 1200 members, it's extremely important for the ongoing development of the club we continue to enjoy Savills support. Many Thanks to Savills.
Roger Platt are the agents who sold us our recent house. They were very professional and patient throughout a very painful transaction! The staff were very flexible about viewings and helpful in finding us the correct type of property (without wasting our time on unsuitable ones). We have had issues with Roger Platt in the past, but through staffing changes (and presumably management style changes) they have become a significantly better estate agents.
Called them with a sales inquiry, lady on the other end didn't even offer to register my interest when I asked whether I was on their database, let out a bit sigh instead when I started explaining my situation.
As a first time buyer looking around Maidenhead I found the staff at Haart really helpful and knowledgeable about my options. I have been dealing with Mike, who has been very patient with me and given lots of sound advice. Many thanks.
Bad service - no communication. Took large deposit from us then ignored us. Draft contract only seen 2 days before due to move. Emails/call ignored until they want something form you. Dirty property, poor management. Very expensive agency with the lowest quality service imaginable. Wouldn't recommended - even to someone I don't like.
We recently bought from Knights. Our experience has been completely satisfying. Being in this process has been difficult to us as first buyers and recently moved to England. Every single person from the staff has been involved, committed, friendly and supportive. A special mention to their managing director Jon Pegg, a man who makes things happen every step of the way. Thank you Knights!
I was very pleased with Knights Property for the professionalism and speed with which they were able to find buyers for our property.
They came over as soon as we called them for a professional and detailed evaluation, which was very close to what we thought, and put the property on the market within few days.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the administration of the sale was not brilliant; I have to admit that many issues we had were out of their control, but I felt sometimes that not much care was taken during the process and this contributed to delay the completion of the sale.
Overall, we had a good service.
Simon and his Team made a very sad and painful experience so much easier, their compassion, empathy and attention to detail meant we could part with our late Aunts property with dignity. The whole process was delivered with professionalism and they went the extra mile to ensure they catered for all our needs which was invaluable as we did not live in the local area. Would highly recommend.
I would recommend AVOIDING a Carson's property at all costs. Having requested the return of our protected deposit nearly 3 weeks ago (with full agreement from our landlord) we have still not received our money. This is in spite of the legal maximum being 10 days.
It is evident that Carson have very poor procedures as no records we kept nor anything done until I chased them many times by phone and email, leading to further processing delays.
What's worse is that only very rarely does anyone pick up the phone, call me back or update me on anything. I'm not sure they realise there is a legal maximum time limit to return the deposit.
Really, really poor.
