14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Romans agency was managing the flat I was renting in Maidenhead.<br>In October 2025, I reported damp walls (the roof was leaking) and mould appearing because of the damp. By July 2026, nothing was done to fix the issue, and the agent did nothing to help end the contract due to unhealthy conditions, only repeating that the landlord wouldn't want to lose a tenant. Other, smaller issues - like insufficient water pressure, insufficient amount of hot water to be able to do the dishes and take a shower in the same evening, carpets falling apart and tearing into threads - weren't fixed either.<br>When I gave a notice, and the flat manager came to see the situation with the walls, and acknowledged it was bad, they nonetheless proceeded to try and find a new tenant to live in a wet mouldy flat with crumbling walls.<br>Now it has been over a month since my contract ended, and my emails about the deposit are simply ignored by Romans.<br>Just really hope that karma exists, both for the agent and the landlord.- 19th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I previously used this agency to rent a property in London, so when my husband later decided to sell the house in Henley, I was happy to use them again. The agency and a particular agent were recommended to us, and the process started relatively well. My husband’s application was accepted, and all the agents from the Henley office came to view the house.<br>Unfortunately, once a buyer was found, the whole experience changed. The team seemed to switch their attention entirely to the buyer and completely forgot about us — the people actually selling the property and, of course, paying their fees.<br>It was extremely frustrating. Our emails were often ignored, getting through to someone by phone was difficult, and we regularly had to go into the office simply to remind them that we were still there and needed updates.<br>We did everything we could to make the sale as easy as possible for the buyers. We moved out within a very short timeframe and even left them the washing machine, tumble dryer and various other items as a gesture of goodwill like expensive wooden blind and shutters. Despite this, we often felt that the agents were speaking to us as if we were children rather than their clients — the people paying their commission.<br>The buyers seemed to make one request after another, and the agents showed enormous interest in accommodating them, while speaking to us in a dismissive and sometimes rather disrespectful way. At times, it felt as though our needs and circumstances simply didn't matter.<br>Overall, it was a very useful experience in terms of learning what to expect from an estate agent, but it was also extremely stressful. We were genuinely disappointed by the agency and, most of all, by the way we were treated once the buyer had been found.<br>I would strongly recommend that the agency remembers that a successful sale involves two sides, and both deserve the same level of communication, professionalism and respect.

I was always kept updated throughout the whole process, which made everything feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>A special thank you to Akil, who I dealt with most of the time. I really appreciated having one main person to speak to throughout the process.<br>I’m now happily settled into my new home and couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and professional estate agent!

They have been so professional with the sale of my home, they sold it off market and had a fully informed team at every viewing. Tom Major is extremely responsive to all messages, communicates well and sets realistic expectations.

1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Overall I had a very good experience with Gascoigne-Pees. During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. Thank you again Guys.- 1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Although ultimately I was not able to secure the property I had hoped for, that was certainly not through any lack of effort on Jaya Dhillon's part or the Chancellor's team.<br><br>Throughout the process Jaya was exceptionally helpful, responsive and accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to try to make things work.<br><br>What impressed me most was Jaya’s approach. She was personable, patient and professional, answered my many questions, accommodated additional viewings and requests for information, and kept communicating with me throughout. Even when it became clear that the particular application was not going to have the outcome we had hoped for, she remained positive and continued looking at what other options might be available.<br><br>Property searches can be stressful, particularly when circumstances are not completely straightforward, and having an agent who treats you as a person rather than simply another applicant makes an enormous difference. Jaya and her line manager Shannon Corrigon did exactly that.<br><br>The outcome may not have been successful, but the service absolutely was. I was genuinely very impressed with Jaya, Shannon and Chancellors overall and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her or the team.

We have been particularly impressed with their clear communication knowledge of the local rental market, attention to detail and professional approach throughout the process. Their understanding of the rental market gave us confidence that our property was being presented to let in the best possible way.<br>Erica, Rosemary and the support team were reliable, proactive and responsive, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
18th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
10th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Clare’s ability to communicate at the right level and provide guidance to both sides during the purchase/sale was clear, precise and ultimately got the sale across the line.

Angel was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen. Her professionalism is the reason why everything went so smoothly... she's a credit to her employer. Totally recommend. I'm very, very pleased with how well this went.
