An Agent by the name of Beth Vaughan was extremely helpful with my search for a new home.She effortlessly led us through the process from arranging a viewing at a convinient time,assisting with the necessary documentation and was always available to answer any queries in the most polite and professional manner!I cannot Thank her and the entire team at Connells enough.Would highly recommend.

I am a landlord, I moved to Move estate agents from another (awful) lettings agent in Slough and had really low expectations but Kaz and Anna at Move estates did absolutely everything possible to make the move as simple as possible (even though the previous company were being unprofessional). When I had a tenant move out, Anna and Kaz offered an excellent service in securing a suitable tenant with full checks and kept me informed of progress with frequent updates on the application, resolving any issues there and then! They really went out of their way to ensure my experience with them was easy, they are professional and very knowledgeable about the market as a whole.
They are friendly, professional and efficient and i highly recommend them!!
Bobby and his team are extremely unprofessional. Has no regard for the landlord. So many hidden costs which they dont tell you before hand, and gets added at a much later stage. Stay away.
The rentals team at Frosts Slough have been fantastic, Sinead has been very helpful throughout the lettings process, She has communicated everything to me very well and always kept me up to date with any information. Would highly recommend them.
FROST :Fake, fickle and fraud! We rented a property through FROST . As soon as we settled in, we noticed that the fridge was not working. That was around FOUR MONTHS ago .We complained that the fridge has severe frost in it and was leaking water and spoiling our food. Alot of bottles of milk of ours has gone bad and also loads of food. I even got bad food poisoning from the food that had gone bad because of the fridge temperature!
We emailed and called FROST alot . They first said landlord is buying new fridge, then that he is saying it is too expensive, they are looking into it. After a few weeks, we will send in the contractors. The contractor didnot come for a whole month! And when they did , they said FROST had told them A DAY BEFORE!
Then our calls werenot answered back. Moreover, when contractor came, he said that the fridge gas is not working so this needs to be replaced. And that they need to reimburse the food money .OBVIOUSLY they didnot reimburse. Also, then FROST said we will talk to the landlord. We are handling the matter, AFTER my husband complained the HeadOffice. Again a long silence Then they told us that the fridge is ordered and it will be fitted this week.
That was last week. Why should me and my husband drink spoilt milk and spoilt food?! Why should we suffer?? We have suffered so much useless stress from them! A fridge is a neccissity if you eat food and store food. We are not living in stoneages. Or are we as FROST seems to think?
I have not seen a worst company in UK then FROST! Iam going to take this matter to Ombeudsman . Fraud. Lies. Delay tactics- FROST in a nutshell. Stay away from them if you are a tenant as you dont need the stress we are going through!

I advise not to go with this people they are wasting your time. Totally time wasters went to see few properties of them. They look for big big offers& if you ask any questions about property you will never get any they hide the truth. Mould issues properties they are offering to you. Be careful with them.
Very poor customer service. There's one lady in the office she is very unprofessional when talking to people. You can not resolv a problem talking to them. They cheat people. They look people who uneducated to rent propties coz they never ask any questions about any issues. Totally time wasters.do not go to them. If you go you will realise after sotimes later you will remember what I said.

Having come from a bad experience with Purple Bricks, I decided to go back to the High Street by using Chancellors to sell my 2 bedroom apt in Slough. As soon as I walked into the office I knew that these were the people to sell it for me. Can't fault them, worked hard to sell the apt, kept me informed of the progress throughout which works for me.
Well done Slough branch, I will no doubt use them again in the future.
I let my property with them, communication & transparency is really poor. Sent many emails made phone calls but no proper response.
