14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)A great experience with Stamfords. I had an awkward property that was difficult to market, subject to probate, and beset with delays. Through all the ups and downs they never faltered. Communication was excellent, they never broke a promise and finally got it to the finish line - when many other agents would have dropped it as too much hard work. I will always appreciate the care and attention that helped me through the most difficult times.

He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. Despite it being a day off, he was incredibly attentive to my needs, understanding the urgency of the situation, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. His professionalism, respectful approach, and efficiency made all the difference. I highly appreciate his dedication and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and committed agent.
22nd Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience – I would not recommend them to any landlord.<br><br>When you're initially handing over your property, the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, responsive and reassuring. Unfortunately, once they have your property, it becomes a completely different experience.<br><br>Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I have found the service to be extremely unprofessional. A few examples:<br><br>7 rent payments have been late over a 12-month period. On more than one occasion, I have had to call the office asking where my rent payment is, only for the money to then appear in my account shortly afterwards.<br><br>They agreed to change the rent collection/payment date without informing me. I only became aware of the change after contacting them myself when the rent hadn't arrived when expected.<br><br>They failed to send written confirmation of the new tenancy protections to the tenants, despite telling me that this had been done.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am paying a company to manage my property precisely so that I don't have to continually chase rent payments or check whether basic administrative tasks have actually been completed.<br><br>I can't comment on the reasons behind the repeated payment delays, but having 7 late payments in 12 months is simply unacceptable for a professional property management company.<br><br>Based on my experience, I genuinely could not recommend them to another landlord

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Romans agency was managing the flat I was renting in Maidenhead.<br>In October 2025, I reported damp walls (the roof was leaking) and mould appearing because of the damp. By July 2026, nothing was done to fix the issue, and the agent did nothing to help end the contract due to unhealthy conditions, only repeating that the landlord wouldn't want to lose a tenant. Other, smaller issues - like insufficient water pressure, insufficient amount of hot water to be able to do the dishes and take a shower in the same evening, carpets falling apart and tearing into threads - weren't fixed either.<br>When I gave a notice, and the flat manager came to see the situation with the walls, and acknowledged it was bad, they nonetheless proceeded to try and find a new tenant to live in a wet mouldy flat with crumbling walls.<br>Now it has been over a month since my contract ended, and my emails about the deposit are simply ignored by Romans.<br>Just really hope that karma exists, both for the agent and the landlord.

He has constantly kept me up to date with what is happening and liaised with all parties on both sides through out the process . Even though I lost my first buyer due to their buyer pulling out. Jakub continued to be the top person in all communication. Jakub is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in accessible terms, He lead my through every step of the way. I am so pleased I went with Jakub, he was with me throughout the journey of selling and so charming to communicate with at all times, even when it was bad news. Jakub sold both my neighbours flats at the same time and work relentlessly to achieve the best outcome for everyone. I highly recommend Jakub and Saba way of working with clients. The Hank you so much for everything. I will always recommend your team. I cannot thank you enough.

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. Thank you again Guys.

16th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I've just sold my 3 bedroom house in manor park with Stonebridge. They were one of the top estate agent for E12 area as recommend by Get Agent. I'm so glad to have chosen them to sell my house. They offered the best fees out of other agents I considered. Their valuation of the property was very realistic which result in many asking price offers. The sales lead for my property was Fahim. A very attentive, polite and professional guy. He did an excellent job in vetting the potential buyers and provide the best options to me. He was very active on keeping me updated and provided feedbacks. Also, shout-out to Shaz for overseeing the whole process and making sure evrything is inline for a smooth completion.- 1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Although ultimately I was not able to secure the property I had hoped for, that was certainly not through any lack of effort on Jaya Dhillon's part or the Chancellor's team.<br><br>Throughout the process Jaya was exceptionally helpful, responsive and accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to try to make things work.<br><br>What impressed me most was Jaya’s approach. She was personable, patient and professional, answered my many questions, accommodated additional viewings and requests for information, and kept communicating with me throughout. Even when it became clear that the particular application was not going to have the outcome we had hoped for, she remained positive and continued looking at what other options might be available.<br><br>Property searches can be stressful, particularly when circumstances are not completely straightforward, and having an agent who treats you as a person rather than simply another applicant makes an enormous difference. Jaya and her line manager Shannon Corrigon did exactly that.<br><br>The outcome may not have been successful, but the service absolutely was. I was genuinely very impressed with Jaya, Shannon and Chancellors overall and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her or the team.
