No question was too much as I had many with the new Laws coming in. She was always calm in her approach and always returned my calls. I also had a last min glitch and Swati was on the case straightaway and got it sorted quickly. They are rigorous in the checks and making sure everything is in place. Thank you very much and also wanted to say thank you Maryam who supported me through the process and paperwork. Great team ??????

They have looked after my elderly parents’ rental property for over 15 years, and in that time have been so much more than just letting agents — always kind, patient, caring, professional and incredibly efficient. Their support and advice over the years has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help my parents, always treating them with such respect and genuine warmth. It has been a real comfort to our family knowing the property was in such safe and capable hands. Now that my parents are selling the property, Kathi & Sue have continued to be amazing — helping us with historical paperwork and information for the solicitors and buyers without hesitation. We honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic, and my parents will truly miss them — not just professionally, but personally as well. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

The whole purchase process was really smooth and efficient, every team member of the Lancing and Worthing offices are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buying a house in Lancing or Worthing.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

A basic level of professionalism and responsiveness shouldn’t be too much to expect, but sadly that’s not the case here. Would not recommend.
