Our home was treated with total respect and getting our sale over the line was something they paid full attention to. Richard was great in setting it all up, and Jordan, Sonya and the rest of the staff there, including Saturday lady Kate all played big parts. All managed so well by Matthew in the office, who knew how to manage my nerves! Highly recommended.

He always answers the phone, replies to messages really quickly, and keeps me updated with all the forms and paperwork throughout the process. His communication is excellent, and he is always helpful, professional, and supportive whenever I have any questions. I really appreciate how he keeps me informed every step of the way and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. I would definitely recommend Prabhdeep to anyone looking for help finding a house. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout every stage.<br>One aspect that particularly stood out was the recommendation of an excellent solicitor. The conveyancing process was handled efficiently, and contracts were exchanged and completed remarkably quickly, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free.<br>What truly sets the team apart is the continued support even after the purchase was completed. Two years later, Callum kindly arranged a property valuation for me free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service long after the sale.<br>The communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile shown by Callum & Team were exceptional throughout. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending them and the wider Coopers team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and helpful advice given to me by the rep from Romans Estate agents, George Steedman during his visit to evaluate our family home. First we sat in the lounge to discuss the house and the considerable services Romans had to offer & their wide network of connections especially with London. The portfolio showed some of the houses shot from unusual angles making them appear striking. During the subsequent tour his focus was on the house as a family home rather than its obvious capacity for extensions & the like.<br>I felt that Romans would deliver a personal touch, seeing every house as unique & that they would handle any transaction with care & consideration.

5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)This was our first time renting a property. Their efficiency was impressive, particularly regarding the move-out and security deposit refund processes. Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to friends.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We vacated the property in Feltham in January 2025\. At the time of leaving, the agency visited the property, took photographs and collected the keys from us\. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and sent several text messages regarding the return of our tenancy deposit, but we have still not received it or a proper response from the agency\.<br><br>It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor communication and a lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to contact them\. It has been a considerable amount of time, and we are still left chasing our own money\.<br><br>I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, responds to our concerns and resolves the outstanding deposit issue as soon as possible\. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and follow\-up has been very frustrating\.

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.

The appointments were set up on the same day so visits were one in, one out viewing the house. It worked ever so well and we were kept informed via email. The whole team was excellent and I would certainly recommend them to sell your house.

The team were great throughout, always keeping me updated, communicating clearly and being helpful and respectful at every stage.
