No question was too much as I had many with the new Laws coming in. She was always calm in her approach and always returned my calls. I also had a last min glitch and Swati was on the case straightaway and got it sorted quickly. They are rigorous in the checks and making sure everything is in place. Thank you very much and also wanted to say thank you Maryam who supported me through the process and paperwork. Great team ??????

Handled viewings efficiently, provided completed information of property and answers all queries patiently and approachable at any time. As a first time buyer got very good support from Chancellors.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. Thanks to Shannon’s persistence and commitment, what could have been an overwhelming experience felt smooth and manageable. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough—she truly made all the difference and we are so grateful for her today and always as now we are in our forever home.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was ÂŁ25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
