14th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

Buying your first family home can feel daunting, but Jordan was always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and keep everything moving. Thanks to his support, what could have been a stressful process was seamless and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>I was also supported by Matt, Sonia and Yasmin at various points throughout the process, and each of them was extremely helpful and knew exactly how to assist. Yasmin was particularly helpful in recommending a great architect, which gave me real peace of mind when considering potential planning applications and future work to the property.<br><br>It was genuinely great working with the team at The Frost Partnership in Gerrards Cross. Called to book a viewing for a property and the way he spoke was not nice, he spoke some sort of urgency and didn’t even properly listen to my query. I could not even book a viewing to see a property because my deposit wasn't a “high deposit”. Do you only allow people to view a property based in their deposit?? Awful customer service

I looked later on, and honestly I am satisfied ?????? ??????.<br>He even dealed with the electricity and left my place clean. He was polite and considered my opinion as well. 9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. Thank you again Guys.
