(6 reviews)21st Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed. After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at. I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.

But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!

Nothing was too much trouble and every part of the process was carried out with reassurance, kindness and patience. I cannot recommend them enough and am so deeply grateful for them making a deeply painful journey much lighter. Thank you so much!

2nd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)5 stars to Emma Benwell Executive Sales Manager. Emma has dedicated herself daily to make sure my conveyancing was moving forward. She phoned, emailed all parts involved in a daily basis and through her efforts my conveyancing was successfully completed. The other members of the team were not responsive and in some occasions even rude. If you have a conveyancing with Chancellors Maidenhead make sure Emma Benwell is involved in it.

The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.
30th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)They handled my sale very professionally and in what is normally a stressful experience for a seller and provided great support in constantly providing feedback on viewings and other advice as the sales progressed. When it came down to the closing stages they were extremely proactive in interacting with the other agent and all parties solicitors in keeping things moving. All the staff were so professional and very friendly and helped to guide me through everything. I would strongly recommend Robertson's to anyone looking to sell, and even to those wishing to buy a property. 10 out of 10!

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
