3rd Feb 2026 (8 days ago)I had a great experience with Romans, especially with Aduel. He is very respectful and professional, and he replies to enquiries within minutes. With his help, I was able to rent a flat in less than two days. Highly recommended!
1st Feb 2026 (10 days ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
4th Feb 2026 (7 days ago)Trend & Thomas was my best estate agency experience so far. We just rented our first 1 bedroom flat with my partner. James, the lettings negotiator was very helpful and friendly with us. Before them, I was struggling with other agencies by chasing them to get an answer for something, I was ignored and it was literally a nightmare to deal with them. With Trend & Thomas, everything is absolutley the opposite! James made sure that the process was smooth, professional and quick. John, the property manager is also very responsive and helpful so far. Definitely can recommend these guys!:) 1 YEAR UPDATE: Still can say, we are very happy renting with this agency. If we had any urgent issues within the flat, the agency was acting quick on our request. Not many agencies do this nowadays!
17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

27th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)Tristan Redburn was the third estate agent we had, after 2 failed sales. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Jekaterina worked extremely efficiently, carefully considered all my preferences, and provided excellent options in a very short time. This all happened during the Christmas period, yet everything was handled smoothly and without any delays, even though it was the festive season. Thank you and I’d highly recommend her services!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

2nd Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)really happy with my experience with this letting agency the whole process has been smooth and well organised which made the moving process a lot less stressful the team have all been helpful and professional but jacquie really stood out from the start she did the viewing with me was always easy to get hold of and explained everything clearly which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming everything’s been handled really well and i’ve felt properly supported throughout would definitely recommend!!

David Head, Ella and the whole team were knowledgeable, attentive, quick, helpful and professional. Not only did they have a number of interested parties to view the property from the get go, they completed the sale quickly and efficiently. My experience of estate agents on the whole has not been good and Coopers broke the mold! Thank you!

Despite my needing to view the property outside of his working hours, travelling for work, and being unable to collect the keys myself, Dev went out of his way to make sure everything was arranged seamlessly. He found solutions at every step and consistently went above and beyond throughout the leasing process.
