Their professionalism, care and commitment made such a difference throughout our move, and we always felt we had people in our corner.<br><br>Tracy deserves a special mention. Quite honestly, she did a better job than our conveyancer at keeping things moving and making sure we knew what was happening. Her persistence, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were outstanding.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Tracy and Craig. If you’re looking for estate agents who genuinely care and see things through, we would wholeheartedly recommend Johnson and Jones. Five stars, thoroughly deserved!

She was always responsive, patient and easy to communicate with, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put into helping us.<br><br>She made the whole process feel much easier and was always a pleasure to deal with. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price
2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert

I would like to extend particular thanks to Kai, who efficiently negotiated a price that both parties were happy with. He didn't stop there; he continued to follow up diligently to ensure a successful completion.

It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home
10th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Chloe was great, communication was spot on, any issues were quickly resolved. Whole experience was easy and slick. Thanks to the team at romans. Once the property was rented, the service dropped below par. The exit interview was arranged by romans, yet I had to contact the landlord to agree what was closed off. No help from romans at all with any of the issues experienced in the property.
