11th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)What can I say, I had what I thought was genuinely a unsellable property, with what seemed like a unlimited amount of hoops to jump through, but finally, when other estate agents failed, Johnson and jones got my sale over the line, although the sale itself was turbulent (due to no fault of J&J just the nature of the property) the service I received from the team at J&J was unmatched to my previous estate agent, the fact the director Tracy had kept close contact with me directly throughout the sale, updating me promptly whenever required, really made all the difference compared to other agents.<br><br>If you have a property to sell then look no further.<br><br>Massive thanks to all the team at Johnson & Jones.

Lisa is always professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure both tenants and landlords are happy and always tries to find the best and fairest solution. We have been with Romans for years, and Lisa has always made communication easy and pleasant. She listens, responds to any concerns and makes us feel valued as tenants. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and we really appreciate her positive attitude, understanding and support. Lisa Fazal is a real credit to Romans Bracknell, and we are very grateful for everything she does for us. Highly recommended!

26th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

He was always quick to respond, genuinely caring, and handled a tricky chain situation with complete brilliance—resolving it fairly for everyone while prioritizing my children's school enrollment. Even after we moved in, Nick continued to offer support not just as an estate agent, but as a welcoming neighbor. We are immensely grateful to Nick and the Quarters team; I cannot recommend them enough, and I’m certain the sellers feel the exact same way.

It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

18th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

George was helpful and went beyond expectations in terms of helpful communications and ensuring that our house sale went a smoothly and as quickly as we had hoped.
