She was consistently positive, efficient, organised, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise beyond anyone’s control, but she handled everything with calm confidence and kept the process moving as smoothly as possible at every stage. Her communication was excellent — she set clear and timely guidelines, kept everyone informed, and was always thorough in answering questions or following things up promptly. What really stood out was how engaging and approachable she was; always smiley, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping things progress smoothly. Although she was acting on behalf of the seller, we truly felt we couldn’t have been in better hands ourselves. She acted as an outstanding intermediary between all parties and made what could have been a very difficult process feel manageable and well organised from start to finish. 1st Jun 2026 (19 days ago)....what can I say...I am sooo hApPy ....Joe Hunter @Hardings made my wish come true, my move to Windsor all began thanks to him, I fell for the last property that I viewed with him... ....he had suggested the property I now live in as an option at the end of a few viewings and here I am, a fully fledged Windsorian...he was attentive and available to answer any queries I had... ...hands down THE best experience I've ever had with a Letting Agent, professional with that personal touch.... ....I would recommend him and Hardings to everyone... 22nd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. If we are to sell this house in future, we will definitely do so using Quarters and we are already recommending Quarters to friends and family.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.
10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.
