Having built and lived for so long in this house I was very apprehensive but it was handled so efficiently and thoughtfully by Nick and the photographer I did not feel at all pressurised or troubled by anything..the viewing went particularly well ,as far as I was concerned ,as it was all taken off my hands and discreetly dealt with.

We had regular phone calls with updates and how the process was going and they always made time to call us back when requested. We were kept in the loop at all times. Priory were also very quick with the sale compared to other estate agents, from viewing the property we had the keys within 4months. Priory would be my first port of call if I chose to put my property up for sale in the future!

3rd Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)This estate agent want £60 to make an offer on a house. They say the need to check identity and use a third party web based company to do this. The won't accept brining my passport or driving licence in to the estate agents as they say they can't assess if it is genuine or not! apparently the website they refer can! I think staff need training to check peoples ID. I guess its another way for estate agents to make more money. Imagine the number of people who may like a house and want to make an offer- pay £60 to do so, for the offer to be rejected. Not all agents do this, if you comply to these bully tactics it will become industry normal. You will find that companies like these will want your ID to be checked before doing viewings. I will not sell any of my properties using this company, when they take a percentage of the sale and insist on £60 ID checks of any prospective purchaser.

They were quick in responding whenever I had any issues with the accommodation. Moreover their letting procedures are quite simple and straightforward when compared with the others. Go ahead with them as they give you a VIP treatment.

A big thank you to Sue in the Sales Office for all her help and support during our recent house sale, and to Rena for her help with renting our son's house. Both sales and rental processes were clearly explained and charges were very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate in using Northwood again!

7th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I would avoid at all costs when leasing a commercial property. They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.
