22nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.
10th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Called in on Wednesday to ask if they could print/copy me one piece of paper and I offered to pay for it...the young lady who came to my assistance was very nice and helpful but when she turned around for approval of this from her colleague,her revolting colleague turned round with a nasty face and said there a printers up the road and carried on working! What a disgusting revolting nasty women!

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.
15th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

The team were always pleasant to deal with, quick to resolve any issues (within their control) and dealt with our check-out and deposit return smoothly. We had an enjoyable three years in the property and would recommend them as a property manager - big thanks to Sam, Anna, Joanna and the team for the support over the past couple of years!

Communication has been brilliant too - if we had any questions, they were always answered promptly. I would recommend them if you are buying or selling a house.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
