16th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)When it comes to Estate Agents this really is the white glove service. Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.
22nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)During a difficult and challenging sale process Paige and Jamie offered great support. Went above and beyond to get to the end of the deal. We have alot of respect for Paige who came and discussed specific challenges face to face rather than simply email or by phone.

9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I bought my house through Bazely and co six and a half years ago and am now selling through them. Being an independent agent based in Shepperton, they know the area well and their advice has been spot on.

25th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth
24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Very unprofessional service. When a meeting date and time was set they didn't arrive, changing the meeting time. After they didn't arrive again they cancelled the meeting, saying that 'they didn't leave yet'. Zero respect for customer's time. Definitely would not recommend.

From start to finish, they were professional, attentive and made the house buying process bearable! However, I must give a special shout-out to Serena, who truly went above and beyond. We viewed numerous properties with various agents, but Serena stood out as exceptional. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her knowledge was unmatched. She effortlessly answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease. Beyond her expertise, Serena's personable nature made the experience enjoyable and memorable.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

Their communication is excellent. Always someone there to talk to. You will not be disappointed if you use this estate agency.

Oscar was very professional, but also upfront and honest on all levels, he also seemed to have a 6th sense about prospective buyers and his advice always worked out to be the best. The charges are excellent and I highly recommend Ewemove !

28th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I would give 0 stars at this point moved in before Christmas and we still haven’t been told rent or any bills what so ever which is gonna leave anyone in debt who lives here aswell every tenant in my building is unhappy with the service of galaxy the building is amazing but the service help and staff is utterly awful also not to mention the fact that when I was calling 35mins before they shut there was 2 staff members in there and they were ignoring the phone absolutely disgusting and disrespectful be careful choosing these guys don’t get stuck in the same situation as myself

They were brilliant communicators and kept us in the loop the whole way. Very pro active and a refreshingly different approach to many agents. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

1st Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!

Hones and trustworthy. A special mention must be made for Alice. Amazing follow up and support throughout a very stressful process. Ensuring all the parties to the transaction fulfilled their role and obligations. Her counsel throughout was greatly received. Enormous thanks to them !
