Amazing throughout the process of putting my flat on the market, extremely responsive and cordial, got me a great tenant at a great price. Also, only a few weeks after tenants moved in and I actually moved abroad, a nightmare freak accident happened at my property that required extensive repair. As mentioned, I live abroad but Landmark were there and handled it all immediately. If they were not there, I would not have been able to do anything. Can’t ask for better service! Would give 50 stars if I could.

4th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Up to the point when you sign your letting contract and pay move in fees communication is good and agents are helpful. As soon as you sign on the line they can't be bothered. Emails do not get answered Phone calls do not get returned Repairs take weeks to complete My daughter moved out of her flat a month ago. To date we still have been unable to retrieve property the agents insisted on being locked in a room. Multiple emails and phone calls to get our deposit back go unanswered and we are now having to open a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to have our money returned. This is so unnecessary and could all be avoided if they would just reply to an email or return a phone.

24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Very unprofessional service. When a meeting date and time was set they didn't arrive, changing the meeting time. After they didn't arrive again they cancelled the meeting, saying that 'they didn't leave yet'. Zero respect for customer's time. Definitely would not recommend.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)The whole Staines branch were fantastic, in particular Spencer who conducted most of the viewings, he was able to give me immediate feedback on first impressions of potential buyers, a very charismatic person who engages people well! Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!

We were kept informed of every development (often on a daily basis) and provided with excellent advice on how best to proceed. What could have potentially been a difficult and protracted sale went through very smoothly. We would 100% recommend Elsewhere and Bernard in particular.

6th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

1st Apr 2024 (29 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
