12th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’m actually amazed at how bad this office is. Once you’ve signed up the customer service and help disappears. Staff just simply don’t care and the managers are even worse- (lettings) and I’m a landlord btw!!

The team at Hamptons particularly the letting team in Windsor has consistently delivered high-quality service that benefits both tenants and landlords. I want to extend special thanks to Victoria Holt from the letting team whose professionalism and helpful nature made a significant difference in my experience. Victoria's knowledge and dedication to her role were evident throughout the process providing valuable insights and assistance. One aspect that stood out for me was the team's responsiveness to any concerns or enquiries. Regardless of the issue their prompt and professional manner of addressing it showcased their commitment to client satisfaction. In conclusion, my interactions with Hamptons International particularly the letting team and Admin team in Windsor branch have been consistently positive. Their professionalism, honesty, and the exceptional service provided by individuals like Victoria Holt make them a reliable choice for anyone seeking letting services. They all listened and helped me through my property search, culminating in my purchase. They clearly had listened to my needs and offered solutions. I had moved to the UK in September '23 and was not familiar with the UK property market; a 10star recommendation if you're looking to buy.

25th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)We just sold our home through J&J and we couldn’t be more pleased that we chose them. Everything from the initial valuation with Craig, through to the marketing of the property & the after-sales process was beyond fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We had a very tricky onward purchase, and I have to mention Tracy especially for going the extra mile throughout to liaise with solicitors & make a stressful process a lot easier to deal with. She kept me sane in amongst the dramas of moving house! Her advice, guidance & involvement in the process took so much pressure off of us. If you are looking for an Estate Agent then don’t go anywhere else - the team at J&J go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. 10/10 all round, thanks to the whole team for being a lovely, professional and friendly company to deal with!

The stock and display stands are brimming with lots of new and used equipment. I left the store knowing I had received a 1st class service and will definitely be visiting the store again

23rd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Henley's Estate Agents were professional, tenacious and efficient. They communicated well and did extremely well to find a Buyer in a challenging market place. Bob Cheema especially is an honest, dynamic, energetic top bloke! I would highly recommend them!
17th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)We are currently selling with this company and so far I have been more than happy with there service, from day 1 they have been very professional and enthusiastic. We have had a good number of viewings and the team seems to go the extra mile ,i will add to this review in the near future when the sale goes through Following on we have now completed our sale I would just like to say that SJ Smith have been excellent during the whole process,all the staff are friendly and nothing appears to be to much trouble to help,we were kept updated at every stage ,if I was thinking of moving again I would have no hesitation in using their services again
10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Difficult to find using Google Maps...always lead back to Terminal 3. Better to put in postcode via Waze. Kenny of Budget was very helpful and understanding. The rental car Peugoet 2008 is a good car for a long distance driving.

Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

I was delighted about the fact that same agent handled my entire application, I did not have to struggle with having to explain my application with different agents about same property. 3rd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

From arranging the viewings, to keeping me informed though the sales process and updating me on any changes, she was always so thorough and prompt. Would recommend anyone to sell or buy via Acorn and especially ask for Carys.

1st Apr 2024 (15 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
