8th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

9th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

15th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)My overall review of Carter Jonas isn’t wholly bad ( especially when comparing to other estate agents) but if Leo Goodman as bad at sales as he is as letting then I wouldn’t recommend buying a property from Leo. He clearly only cares about his own commission and doesn’t take the time to give prospective clients the information they need. Prior to me moving into a flat I rented from Carter Jonas, he asked if I wanted a chest of drawers left by the ex tenant and he said there were no laundry facilities in the flat and recommended I “ wash my clothes by hand”. As it turns out, the dresser belonged to the landlord ( so I had to painstakingly return it after moving) and the flat did in fact have a washer and dryer. - surely it wouldn’t have taken him more than a few minutes to enquire about laundry facilities rather than give an incorrect answer and make a ludicrous suggestion that I wash my clothes by hand. When reaching out to Leo to find a resolution for the chest of drawer incident, he showed no empathy and clearly didn’t care. When my flat was put on the market I had to continually probe and ask to be kept in the loop on viewings ( even though, per my contract, I should've been given 48 hours notice). We all make mistakes but this is the type of attitude that gives Estate agents a bad name.- 24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Chestertons were very helpful and secured several offers. The valuation was high initially and I ended up dropping the asking price nearer to other agents’ valuations.

26th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.
29th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Just had the BEST experience again with Onslows. They are personable, professional, happy, super knowledgeable and just brilliant at their Jobs. Lewis is always on point with his advice and Lotti's knowledge is beyond any estate agent I've ever dealt with. As an estate agent myself, my bar is set pretty high, and my expectations have been surpassed. Thank you both again for your tireless hard work x
1st May 2024 (17 days ago)Laylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.
27th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)- 168999 stars. Lying on the ad saying availablr immediately, agent not coming for the viewing, scaming for 'holding deposit' money for 4 walls window and door alredy occupied with squaters, lying in the face, money gone bye bye, no response by 'move in date'. Thanks.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

The owners of this agency take great care of all the trusted them properties being rented out. They use top class professional designers to refurbish their properties to the highest standards. They conduct their business with no delays and are honest and nice people.
