No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)It was a pleasure to deal with Helen Thomas at Fisher German in relation to our renting a house. The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

29th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been very impressed with Ian Anthony’s ability to find viable buyers for the property. They have given constructive but honest feedback from viewings. I was very happy with the type of room to room tour that showcased my house on Rightmove. It wasn’t a fast-paced video that meant you could not view the property at leisure-it was a tour that meant the person viewing on Rightmove could get a clear sense of the property-before coming to view it.
14th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I do not usually write reviews, but having recently sold a property through Gascoigne Halman in Lymm, I wanted to share my experience. From start to finish, everyone in the office was professional, reactive and friendly. I'd like to make a special mention for Sam, who was amazing. She was proactive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The process took a lot longer than the average sale, due to the chain, and Sam was constantly on top of things. I would definitely recommend this agency without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!

Huge thanks to Josh who has been absolutely brilliant in our search and helping secure the offer on our soon-to-be new home. From start to finish we have felt supported, informed and professionally guided. Nothing has been too much trouble, with an honest and reliable approach throughout. We have also had the pleasure of meeting Owen and Kim who were equally professional and supportive. A lovely team all round. Would highly recommend!

13th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I rented a house through Ashcroft Guest for a number of years and just want to say a massive Thankyou to the Ashcroft Guest team and particularly to Tracy who was always on hand to help and was a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, always really responsive and went above and beyond to help with any issue I had over the years. Highly recommend!- 20th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)This agency has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process for renting a house. They are excellent with documentation, and after I signed the contract, they assisted me with registering for council tax, water, and electricity. A special thanks to my consultant, Charlotte – she was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier.
- 15th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
22nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)The whole process start to finish was simply shocking. The description on my details on rightmove and in the office had so many spelling mistakes and five calls later it was then correct. The video was completely wrong and they charged me £125 for the privilege and then to add insult to injury, his photographer threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay the whole amount, even though I shouldn’t of paid the full amount as the description and my address was totally wrong! Also my property was reduced, however some three weeks later my details in the office were still at the original price, and not showing the price reduction. The way Neil Coulby speaks to his clients leads a lot to be desired and is just awful as he clearly has no respect for women and he pressurises you into making decisions. Then on moving day they were constantly harassing me ringing me eight times to drop my keys off, when my removal men were only half way through, and even though my solicitor had not confirmed to me they’d even received the monies! Just a shocking stressful and unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using these highly unprofessional agents.

23rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We dealt with Darren for the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house. Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.
