When we needed tact, diplomacy and reassurance she was there for us. She was always totally honest, straightforward and direct, so that we knew exactly where we were at any time. She has seemingly boundless energy and, when the occasion arose, she was a real fighter on our behalf. Above all, she understands the sometimes subtle art of successful negotation. 1st Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)We’ve used Plaza since 1996 and found them to be professional and helpful. It’s not easy to find a decent estate/letting agency but they have a "no responsibility" clause in their terms of business, which means that you have no comeback if they fail to do a job properly. Keep yourself updated about changes in the law.

From the viewing with Raphael, to the referencing process with Emma. They were amazing. Emma was polite, professional and efficient. Always keeping me updated, every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them if you would like a seamless moving process.

Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. Hope to have a completion soon all thanks to the team.

Her response was so unprofessional and rude that it made me do this review. I'm impressed with how they are still in business!

Wendy dealt with my sale which was complex and drawn out but she did so with professionalism, patience, positivity and perseverance throughout. She regularly went over and beyond, dealing with the various challenges my sale presented promptly and proactively. I cannot thank her enough. She is brilliant and the company are lovely to deal with.

17th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I chose them because James had come to our house a couple of over the years to value the house and has always been really friendly and very honest. Not only sis he give me advice on the sale of my property buy one I was purchasing having as well, which was above what he needed to do. James and David found a buyer quickly and it was the process from offer to completion is where they excelled even more. David outlined the time and and stages and would literally update me every week. He would contact all parties involved. He cut through anything irrelevant and just gave me the info I needed to know. Absolutely fantastic job. And really nice people

No problem is too big and they are always very quick to react in any situation whether it is a faulty washing machine to looking for a new tenant. They make everything go so smoothly and never seem like anything is a bother. We work mostly with Kate who always goes above and beyond for us - collecting post and checking in over weekends if there was a problem and we can tell she works closely with our tenants also. I would highly recommend Barons for any of your rental needs!
29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.
11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Stones Residential have no care for their tenants and are only concerned about pleasing the landlords they represent. They took ages to fix various things in our flat, including the hot water last autumn. They took very long to get back to us when we raised issues and even then we received replies that were sharp and rude, with zero empathy. Once we finally moved out they took 3+ months to resolve our dispute and continued to take 0 ownership or responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
