25th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Gotta be a scam. Called 5-6 times, e-mailed numerous times. Can’t get any viewings, can’t get a callback. Most likely racially profiling and choosing who they contact. Shame because I found a property I really liked and was ready to pay the year upfront, but after reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t. Would stay away from this agency!!!

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

9th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Was keen on viewing a house but some 12 year old kid named Mo who they have manning the phones was completely useless in organising a viewing and eventually said that the house was sold despite not being sold. I went and viewed the house at another local estate agent who were very good at organising a viewing. I event put in an offer and gazumped the poor person who had the misfortune of dealing with Mo and Co at Brown and Merry. I am currently typing this review from that very house! Lesson learnt, when selling £500K+ houses don’t put a 12 year old as your front of house!
25th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

11th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Salters Residential sold my mums property, when she recently relocated to the West Country. Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move. If you are looking for a genuinely superb, professional and honest estate agent, please get in touch with Alan, or Hannah. ????

The whole process of viewings, offers and achieving the sale was managed in a very calm and professional way. We are very grateful to them.

I would recommend Stonebridge because I only had contact with directors who were experienced. This held the chain together and their support was invaluable.
