21st Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Avoid. A shocking difference in the information provided at point of viewing compared to when the offer was accepted. Led on with misinformation and various promises of completion dates for a number of months at expense to ourselves. Unwilling to accept any responsibility for this. Tried to press us into withdrawing money out of a LISA on another promise that completion would be soon after (despite the fact no concrete evidence of this and we would incur a penalty if not used within 90 days of withdrawal). Good job we didn't as our mortgage expired. Would thoroughly recommend avoiding the pain we went through using them
24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)They were helpful but sometimes we had to chase for updates on our sales and sometimes they did not have any which suggests they weren’t always calling the viewers.

14th May 2024 (3 days ago)Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.

21st Aug 2020 (3 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.
27th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)First Step used to be the go to agents in the local area, they seemed honest and transparent. From my experience this is a thing of the best with them. There are many agents in the local area now who are much better then First Step, they will look after you and are much more sincere. My advice would be, dont just go with them, give all the others the same opportunity, remember First Step excel in talking the talk, but once your signed in, they dont walk the walk. Think is all I advise anyone.
13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
