20th Jan 2026 (20 days ago)I have just completed my second property sale using Richard Kendall, Ossett branch, they have been nothing but professional from start to finish, a big shout out to Donna and Suzanne who have been really helpful throughout the process.

Enquired for a house to let, viewied it with Steven, he was lovely and professional, got accepted for the house, paid a holding deposit, then we had a complication with my partner, which we sorted. Damien was now dealing with our letting who told us about our complication. I've just seen the house has been re-listed and I had no update, I phoned the on the deadline day Damien gave me for an update and I was told by Ruby 'he's on his lunch he will phone you back' I had no call back, no voicemail, no email, nothing, and now I see my house I paid a holding deposit on has been re-listed, absolutely fuming!!

Great feedback during the listing phase to keep interest in the property, through to weekly updates and A+ chasing of the chain to keep everything on track in the sale phase. Highly recommend, you're in safe hands here.

18th Oct 2025 (16 weeks ago)I had a good and bad experience with Nestledln. The valuation , photos and videos of my house were fantastic. Very knowledgable and very friendly. Very quick turn around to get my property advertised. Communication was great at first but then it dropped off . I felt like they were not really giving me pointers to how I could help to sell my house . I also was wanting to buy a house from them as well and put an offer in on a property they were selling. They could not seem to marry the two together that I was wanting to buy and sell from them . I had a phone call about the property I was wanting to buy and I was asked how i was getting on selling my own home . I said well you are selling it and the lady had no idea they were also selling mine aswell . They also did not let me know the house I had an offer in for had been sold to someone else . I had to learn on social media that it was sold . When I rang to ask they had no intention of letting me know it was just “ oh yes it’s be sold to someone in a better position “ . This is fine it happens but I do think they should let you know . I did think the communication could be so much better . I chose to take my home off the market and not to sell . My house is no longer on the market. They are a very friendly team and lovely to talk to. When I chose to take my house off the market the lady that I spoke to was so lovely and wished me well .
