11th Aug 2025 (5 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

13th Jan 2026 (27 days ago)The (none existent) after sales from Aqilah Brown is amongst the worst I have come across! I was not directly a customer, however this estate agent was the bottom of the chain where I was selling the property at the top. They did not have a handle on their sale at all, did not return any calls to deal with crucial information to progress the sale, and caused all properties in the chain to require new mortgage offers, extend the sale process, costs involved and stress. They relied on Louise from Skitts to progress their sale, and they even went into Skitts branch to ask them to call their vendor.

From the initial visit and valuation, through viewings, to sale, the communication was faultless. Jack was especially helpful in keeping things moving when both solicitors were a little on the slow side! If I ever had to leave a message, I always got a call back - can't praise the service enough- defintely recommended.

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

13th Jan 2026 (27 days ago)13/01/2026 Unfortunately, we are still without heating since 22/12/2025, which is unacceptable, especially during winter. The plumbing company used (RT Heating) advised that the issue required a simple Magna filter replacement. We were then told the part would take a week to arrive, which raised concerns. After contacting the same supplier myself, I was informed the part is available with next-day delivery, suggesting unnecessary delays. I don’t wish to place all the blame on Belvoir, however they need to hold landlords and contractors to a higher standard to ensure repairs—particularly essential services like heating—are dealt with promptly and efficiently. This situation has dragged on far longer than it should have. 2/1/2026 Very poor experience with Belvoir’s maintenance handling. I reported a leaking boiler with dropping pressure at the beginning of December and followed up again before Christmas, including calling the emergency helpline explaining that’s there’s no heating. Despite this, nothing was resolved. Weeks later, I was contacted by the maintenance team, who were completely unaware of my previous reports. This lack of communication and record-keeping is extremely concerning, particularly when dealing with essential services like heating and hot water. Due to the ongoing delay, I had no choice but to arrange for a boiler engineer myself to reduce the leaking, which cost me £20 out of pocket. This should never have been necessary had the issue been handled properly in the first place. The problem remains unresolved, and the delays and disorganisation have caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend Belvoir based on my experience. 01/03/2025 I hoped for my queries to be followed up. A check list to see whether important jobs were complete would be useful. Times just ticking along and I’m still suffering with rodents years on. I feel very sad putting this review up. I understand your managing agents. But the manage is not there. I didn’t want to add the videos because this is way too public.

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. 22nd Jan 2026 (18 days ago)I was recommended to Harvey's by a friend to sell my mother's bungalow in Penn after she was admitted to a nursing home on 'end of life care'. At first Harvey's seemed a little more expensive than the other local agents I asked to quote but my goodness have they been worth every penny. I could not have had a better. more attentive service than that which they provided. They went over and beyond my expectations in terms of advice and attention to detail. If it hadn't been for the conveyancer's long Christmas/New Year shut down we would have made it from first contact to completion of the sale in three months and clearly, with a mother on end of life care, time was of the essence. They have immense local and professional knowledge and Glyn, Alex and all their staff are personable and very easy to deal with. the phone is always answered, messages taken and responses given promptly. Further, just in case you thought we sold at a cheap price to get a quick sale we got the full market price quoted by all the agents. I cannot recommend them enough.

They kept us informed and regularly updated throughout the process and also chased the vendor when there was any slippage. Their customer service was excellent; they were courteous, polite and friendly.

22nd Nov 2025 (11 weeks ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! He is the most authentic and credible person you will meet in the Estate agency industry. From Day one of the process he was honest and straight forward (no gimmicks, no sales spiel), just sound, informed advice that he has clearly accumulated during his many years in the house selling business. He accurately predicted the market value of our house, his photos were superb, and he gave our property the maximum chance of selling at the price we wanted. Within the first month we hosted countless viewings and received multiple offers at market value (as predicted by Mark). His communication was A1 throughout - Mark makes himself available to speak over the phone or via chat message at any time, no questions went unanswered. He helped us choose the right buyer and then kindly gave us some advice and guidance during our own property search in the following months. Mark is a genuine and thoroughly decent guy, simple as that. His colleague Olly, who we also dealt with, is similarly top class and adheres to the same high standards that Mark goes by. We couldn't recommend their business, Slade Property Collective, any higher.
