5th Sep 2024 (14 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COST ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. We have been treated terribly since day dot, they lied to us about our property and said all this work would be done and it never was. The property was filthy and unsafe, they took all our money and sent it to the landlord without our permission after we ended the tenancy. We delt with David Sinclair and the service is completely unprofessional and extremely rude, he took days and days to reply to us and always ignored my questions and was always sarcastic on the phone.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.
30th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told 48 hours ago the vender of a properly I offered on wanted to await further viewings the following day before responding. Having chased several times after these viewings - I eventually received a voicemail to advise my offer was rejected Wednesday. Terrible service.

It was an easy choice selecting Stephensons to act as our agent as Tom arrived so well prepared, he had clearly taken the time to research my property. The process to get my property to market was then very smooth and efficient. It didn't take long for prospective buyers to start viewing my home and after the 5th viewing we accepted an offer we were very happy with. We were in a chain and Mary was absolutely brilliant at nurturing all the relationships with our buyers and various other estate agents and solicitors to get us to completion. I would highly recommend Stephensons Selby.

Communication was great with Matt & Jade. They do what they say they are going to do & i cannot recommend them enough.

Communication was excellent throughout the process and all our questions received a friendly and prompt response. Would highly recommend.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money!
