21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Just exchanged contracts on buying my first property sold through Mike Vincent. The lady that showed us around the property in the first place was polite and informative. David guided us through the rest of the purchase very professionally and was always available whenever we had enquiries or needed access for any reason. Hopefully we won't be moving again anytime soon but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike Vincent
3rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I have had a brilliant service from Carter Jonas Team - Special thank you to David Sinclair for showing me my new home at a last minute request and amending my tenancy paperwork quickly, to Celine for liaising with referencing for a small hiccup, and Grace Wilson for her input throughout the process. There may have been some hiccups, part of the nature of moving, but they were very hands on and rapid acting to smooth out the process for me!
16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

2nd Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)From an initial flurry of activity with adding the product to their listings and organising the marketing things drifted, communication got less and less. Whilst the economy is difficult I expected more.

From start to finish their service has been amazing, with great communication and attention to detail, within the first week with the first clients it had SOLD. We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

James was the agent for the seller and i was delighted with the amount of information i received ( from James ) through the whole process. My agent in Doncaster kept me somewhat in the dark but thankfully James fed me the info i needed to remain confident that it would all work out. I would definitely recommend James at Hunters , i am very impressed with the professionalism and positive approach. Thank you so much!

23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Rent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby

4th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Paul at Bishops sold my Dads house on Bishopthorpe Road. We initially used another company but became quickly disillusioned by the fact that they would keep sending out estate agents for viewings and that knew nothing about the house or the area. We asked Paul to come and discuss his services he provided and was impressed by the fact he is a one-stop-shop. The house sold yesterday and we have been over the moon with the service provided. Throughout the process, Paul has stood by his word and was an amazing link between the purchaser and the two solicitors. He provided us with regular updates and was incredibly prompt in responding to our questions. Paul did all the viewings and was knowledgably about both the property and the area. My Dad and ourselves no longer live in York so Paul very kindly let the buyers into the property on numerous occasions along with builders, architects and interior designers. He was a pleasure to talk to and dealt with our queries in a very cheery manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and think his approach to selling houses was definitely the right one for my Dad.
