The entire team from Jamie initially, then Emma and Charlotte during the selling process, along with Sally in the office, and especially Sarah during the progression chasing were all very professional and kept us updated during the process. We feel the whole team went above and beyond on many occasions and are very grateful to them all. We would definitely use them again!

1st May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.
30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

26th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

This is the second time Jonathan has helped me navigate a sale successfully, he is honestly one of the most competent agents I’ve ever come across and I’m extremely grateful to have been able to benefit from his experience and calm demeanour throughout what is often a stressful period of time.<br>I wouldn’t hesitate in using Mays estate agents. 11th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
16th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)The team at Ferndown Winkworths were outstanding throughout the process of selling my late mother's retirement flat. Thankyou Rosella, Kate and the team. Rosella was a force of nature. She helped us to set a realistic price and timeline and was always happy to talk about any issues that arose. She was also exceptionally skilled at liaising with solicitors - her interventions always has a positive outcome in terms of moving the sale forward. We can't thank the team enough.

He works with you, rather than the usual chain agency jargon you get sold. He has sold two of our properties now and definitely contributes to the smooth running of the process. He’s very involved throughout and goes above and beyond. Once again, thank you Justyn for all of your hard work.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

We really valued his enthusiasm and optimism as well as his local market knowledge.<br><br>Having the regular Whatsapp updates is a great feature and we could easily keep in contact with George and Jack.<br><br>We had a good amount of interest within 2-3 weeks and achieved a fast sale.<br><br>Really happy with the service we got from Enfields and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you again Nick and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your Team Lynn Kelly at Old Cottage
