31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I dealt with Hensons in relation to the sale of our property. The marketing process was completed effectively. The property was already known to the negotiator. The offer process itself was relatively quick, we received helpful guidance.<br>There was a lul between tentative offer(s) being made and the final dates being agreed. It 'felt' as if the negotiators had then lost interest - they probably hadn't but there was a lack of communication, occasions where we did not receive call backs, it felt as though we were "chasing" updates.<br>The post sales service provided at Hensons was helpful. Donna was pro-active in keeping me in the loop in relation to Exchange, for which I am grateful.

23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

Communication was excellent throughout, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Selling a house can be stressful, but House Fox made the whole process feel straightforward. They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.
