I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

5th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Highly recommend AJ Homes, they made the process of putting our property up for sell very easy. We had a number of viewings set up very quickly and sold within a few weeks. All the team are very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.
9th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I used Rory from Connells as my mortgage broker. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and definitely knows his onions. Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

25th May 2026 (20 days ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)You emailed congratulating us on the sale but we haven’t sold our house. We have just moved agents. Pros: good pictures, Jon is friendly and agreeable. Easy process of getting the house on the market. Cons: I can’t say there was anything standout about Garrett & Bradley, they booked some viewings and listed the property online. I didn’t feel as if they were going above and beyond and felt I was having to do a lot of chasing to get information and to lead on price reduction conversations. It almost felt like I was selling through purple bricks just without having to do the viewings. The final price drop we did there wasn’t a single viewing for 3 weeks after the price drop, we then decided to move agents to see if we could have better luck elsewhere.
