4th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.
10th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Have sold an inherited property and rented with Ferriers. They work with heart and integrity and have made both experiences with them easy. The integrity of an estate agent really does matter and these guys are miles ahead of competitors. They are supportive and have made stressful times more bearable. Should I find myself looking for a property in the future then Ferriers will 100% be my first port of call. Thank you to you all at Ferriers ….this is exactly how an estate agents should operate xx

25th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

20th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Literally as the house went live, we had a call within 5 minutes to say a viewing had been booked. It has been on the market less than 4 days and we had an offer SSTC, and accepted. Very quick thank you
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)TLDR: Sold property during tenancy, told I'd be unaffected before being told I had 2 days to move out, demanding double rent payment, refusal to refund deposit & rent overpayment on a property they no longer own. Happy to take action when a rent layment is 2 days 'late' (even if the payment isn't a valid one) but outright reject liability categorically when it comes to refunding tenants. Thieves and con-artists. Moved in end of March 2021, landlord sold the property during my tenancy and I was told it'd make no difference to me (sold with tennant) 2 days before the sale was final I am visited by the new landlord to clarify that I'd be moving out October 15th (this was on October 13th) as Peter Alan informed him I was leaving. No conversation had been had with me. Was made to sign a new contract, find a new deposit and rent half way through the month and was told my previous deposit and rent overpayment will be refunded. Instead, Peter Alan attempted to charge me rent on the 1st of November (on a property they no longer managed and insisted I was moving out), then issued me with late payment warnings and potential action. Since then I have been fighting to get my refund back. I have had my deposit (as its held seperately) but I am still fighting to get my refund back. Peter Alan insist they are not liable to repay my refund even though my statements show that my payments were sent to Peter Alan. I've had nothing but excuses, deceit and unproffesionalism from Peter Alan, particularly Kim Wilkes whom seems to spend the vast majority of her time either never in the office and therefore never working, or just blatantly ignoring emails from me on the matter. Legal actions have already begun though given how this will now take time, I'd rather for-warn potential tenants ahead of time! Given the choice between going with Peter Alan again or being homeless, I'll be finding myself a nice box

They kept us updated throughout and went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly.<br><br>We really appreciate all their help in getting us into our new home and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. ?????

They give our details to welsh water and other agencies and wont let us know how to pay the bills.and I dint get a peny of my deposit back after i left the property.dint expect this worst experience in the uk

From the initial valuation to the day of completion it’s been a pleasure to have him by our side. Communication has been outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble, evening viewings accommodating around our work schedule and securing wonderful buyers, I can’t imagine another estate agent going above and beyond like Steve did for us. A true asset to estate agents! Thanks Steve, until the next sale ??????!
