I was so impressed that I immediately booked a valuation with Simon, and the professionalism, warmth, and expertise were identical. It’s that classic English gentleman style: calm, honest, classy, and incredibly well?informed. After meeting seven estate agents, not one came close to the standard set by this team. Truly outstanding service.
18th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.

1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.
13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

Karen jo and the 2 ladies could not have been more helpful friendly and professional. If you are a landlord or tenant I highly recommend you use 1st lettings for absolute peace of mind.

Always on the end of the phone to answer any questions or to give a little nudge when needed, and their communication was first class, we were always the first in the chain to know anything. I could not recommend them highly enough, a knowledgable, family run estate agent you can trust. Fantastic!!

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day.
