17th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.

A great service all around .

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

13th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

My Mum suffers with anxiety and also suffered the loss of my Dad whilst selling, through the whole sales process they supported her, were understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Once the sale went through, they still followed up with her, customer care was 5* and I have nothing but positive things to say and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)The entire team helped me through a difficult time and a prolonged sale, impacted by the usual as well as extraordinary events in the near east, which impacted prices and confidence across the country. From initial appointment through completion, I was always treated like a human being. Over the course of the sale, I got to speak with and know most of the team and they all worked diligently, authentically and honestly to get my sale over the line (which also included so many shenanigans from the other side's lender!). I am so glad I chose Archer Bassett. Special shout outs to Stephanie and manager, Mark; also Jo and Stefan too!).

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. So we had him back to sell our family home,which we’ll be moving out of in 3 weeks time. This sold in 6 days. I’ve no doubt this is down to his knowledge and hard work,but also being on hand to answer Any questions ,and guiding us through the whole process was invaluable! Would certainly recommend.
