19th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Thank you to Debbie Anderson in particular who if it wasn't for you, I don't think our sale would of been possible. She constantly kept everyone in the loop. Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
25th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I don’t even know where to start from.<br>My mum moved to a flat that looks like a house, in erith Pembroke 2022 and from that day their has been issues non stops, the very first day I saw I saw the place i just knew there will be issues the house looks very old from outside and even worst inside is still stuck in the 80s the condition of is so bad I don’t think their has been any work done in it. When my mum moved into this property there was a lot of cockroaches I didn’t believe how bad it was still I checked my self and i honestly felt sick and sad my mum would tell me how scared she was to sleep sometimes because it was also in her room there was so much in the kitchen after months my mum was able to fixed it by using a spray that was recommended.<br>So the main reason I am doing this is because of how the landlord and the estate agent Danielle (who my mum will report to) and Debbie has treated my mum. The first issue was the mold my mum reported and I also reported it nothing was done but all my mum got was blamed they didn’t think of any other factors that can result to such but to blame my mum the reason there’s mold is because she doesn’t open the windows which is lie even the painter that came even said the walls are moist, wet and cold that there’s something in the wall that’s causing the mold the condition of the house is so horrific that even if we was to open the window 24hrs without closing mold will still come.<br>The other issues my mum experienced was the amount of holes in that place which was reported but nothing happend make sense why there was cockroaches. The electrical buttons were not working my mum reported it they also did nothing and this happend a few times aswell, the glass door cracked reported it all they did was to get a wood thing and cover the top of the door only which I didn’t understand it was neglected and never fixed mind you this is health and safety. My mum ceiling was leaking she reported it and showed evidence of it they did nothing and ignored it thankfully it stopped the next day but the ceiling looked like it was about o fall and looked unstable another health and safety, the landlord that hates spending money and enjoys he’s tenant living in horrible conditions sent painters to paint the living room to cover the mold the didn’t finish and was told they will come back on a specific date they gave my mum they never came back the walls was ripped apart so they basically didn’t even start the actual painting and from that day till the day my mum moved out the walls is still ripped apart and looks terrible honestly when I saw it I felt so bad for my mum how can she be paying rent for such place the Debbie revealed in email that the labelled refused to get the painters to come back because my mum will cause the mold to come back which is ridiculous and wicked but I know the real reason is because they don’t want to spend any money. The tap in the kitchen randomly bike my mum called me straight away and showed me which is very werid but am I surprised? No that top looked so rusty not surprised at all, the cupboards are not stabled.in that place something was always braking, falling apart or just stopped working mind you most of these problems started not long after my mum moved in. The landlord has been very greedy with spending and prefers to allow HES TENANT TO LIVE LIKE THEY’RE NOT HUMAN. I will be reporting this aswell. The landlord is now trying to take my mum depsodit and use all her deposits to fix he’s property which is evil, they couldn’t use their own money but now using this opportunity to use it but I will make sure all evidence is shown to stop that from happening. My mum was to her neighbour and even the neighbour said that so many people have lived here and that they always complain about the same thing about this landlord.<br>And Debbie I do not appreciate you lying on my mum name, your not in the house to say shoesnt open the windows you don’t know that.<br>You guys have shown that you agree with her the Lanalord has treated my mum just by your responses.
6th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)We found all the staff at Haart in Dartford very helpful friendly professional and with great communication! We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.

16th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Not surprised to see some poor reviews here. I used Oakwood (Mottingham) before Covid for property management when moving abroad. They did not lodge the tenants deposit with DPS, and sent me a fake certificate when I asked for evidence. Daniel told me a temp worker had pocketed the deposit when he was on holiday and that she had produced the certificate (rubbish). He also did not follow due process when the tenants moved into the property which meant I had little chance for legal recourse should the tenants fall behind in rent. Oakwoods also did not provide me with a proper property management contract between them and myself, playing dumb when I asked for one. Unfortunately, this was my first time renting out a property and it was a learning experience. Agree with another reviewer that they only seemed to care about the sales side of the business.

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

1st Nov 2026 (3 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
