18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Traveled to view a property which was confirmed via text. Arrived and waited outside, sent a text and tried to call the office several times, no one picked up. Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

Always keeping me updated on progress and chasing solicitors on my behalf. The progression team have been fantastic and they dealt with everything from the point of my offer being accepted and a big thank you to Corrie-Leigh who showed me around during the viewing and kept me updated. Perfect!!

18th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)* Poor Communication and Unnecessary Delays<br>* My Worst Experience with a Letting Agent<br>* Great at Winning Business, Poor at Delivering It!<br><br>My experience with Accor Letting Agents was extremely disappointing and, to be honest, very stressful.<br><br>The process took around five months, during which calls and emails regularly went unanswered. The initial marketing of my property was poor, with an inaccurate description and the main photograph showing the rear entrance to the block rather than the front-facing apartment overlooking the park – the property’s biggest selling point. I ended up rewriting the description myself and supplying better photographs, making the balcony view the main image.<br><br>Once instructed, communication became very slow. What was presented as “another week” repeatedly turned into another month, leaving me feeling strung along. There appeared to be very little internal communication between staff, and I often had to chase for updates. Ironically, the only prompt contact I received was when additional fees or payments were required.<br><br>They were excellent at pitching for my business, but the service that followed fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and cannot recommend

From the very beginning to completion, Doug and his team provided an exceptional level of service and went above and beyond our expectations.<br><br>He worked extremely hard to manage the timeline, kept everything on track, and handled any problems that arose in a very efficient and professional way. His communication, dedication, and ability to find solutions made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was the special and unique video he and his team created to showcase the property. It showed his creativity, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to achieving the best result.<br><br>Doug was not just an estate agent — he was someone who truly cared and put in the extra effort throughout the whole journey. We are very grateful for all his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone.<br><br>Thank you, Doug and your colleagues, for your outstanding support!
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Communication was good but sometimes I didn't hear anything after viewings and had to push for feedback or check ins. I also had to pay to exit the contract unlike with other local agents after my houses didn't sell.

10th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

They also pushed me to view a place I’d have scrolled straight past, which ended up being one I seriously considered. Patient and genuinely on your side - highly recommend - Leon and Stan have been brilliant.

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. 2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first viewing Mac showed professionalism and clear knowledge of the home. Even when we had issues with the chain Mac worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went through. The staff at Meldone Estates as are also very helpful and respond quickly to enquiries.
