15th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)From the word 'go', Cameron was attentive to our enquiries and ready to follow up, at speed, when we gave Paris Steele the green light to market our property in Port Seton. We knew that we would be in safe hands, having read their many glowing reviews. Once passed on to the sales team, the standards of service remained consistently high. Whilst there were a couple of minor hiccups with the EPC report and the photographs, they were dealt with promptly and professionally.<br>It was wonderful to receive a fast, proceedable offer from the first person to view our property. And, when this fell through due to the failure of a chain, we were reassured and encouraged that all would be well, and it was. Second time around, we received three proceedable offers, again very quickly, and were greatly helped in deciding how to choose between these offers by Carole.<br>Then our sale was taken over by Sharon in the legal team. Again, all has gone very smoothly for us there.<br>In fact, the whole process has been remarkably speedy and we have continued to feel those safe hands holding us throughout it all. Special thanks to Carole, though, who was patient and kind with us through the trickiest moments.<br>We highly commend Parish Steele to you.
14th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We have used Sturrock Armstrong and Thomson for our wills and for previous house sales and also when we moved house recently. Apart from a minor issue when our bid for a property arrived a few minutes after the deadline but was quickly resolved they were very good to deal with, kept us informed at all stages and were particularly attentive when we were arranging viewings for our house. Leonard and his team looked after us.
7th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)WARNING!! Richard murray acted as co executor having written my mothers will. He was not appointed by her but by her named executor. He sided and was partial to one group of beneficiaries over another. He chose the ones nearest the property of most help to him to side with, making his job easier. The family was fractured but he showed no ability to deal with this shutting down and refusing to engage with one side. Preferentially treating the other side. He went back on his legal advice reversing decisions that suited him. Including and implementing wishes he decided my mother made Verbally only to the one side of the family, the side he demonstrated favour with. When ‘wishes’ my mother had made to the other side were brought to him he dismissed them. Biased and unfair and cruel in his handling of the estate. Delaying the inheritance by permitting one beneficiary to live rent free in the property for some fourteen months post my mothers death. Not mentioned in the will, nor discussed. Between himself, his Company or my mother - but on the say so of the side he favoured! The implemented ‘say sos’ were decided without full disclosure or discussion or transparency and he was unaccountable in that He acted like a dictator refusing telephone calls , zoom meetings or email discussions. He dragged out a simple direct will into two years of hell, stress and unnecessary expense because he favoured and decided always in favour of one half of the beneficiaries over the other. Do not write a will with this Company. They have demonstrated they are incapable of writing one correctly , giving proper advice to my Mother , and incapable of implementing it as it’s written in any event. AVOID! It’s 2026 and there are still repercussions from Richard Murray @Connell&Connell’s mis writing and massive failures in executing our Mothers will. Save yourselves a whole lot of unprofessional and uncaring and biased,will handling and don’t use this man.

1st Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

They used a mix of Telephone and email which was perfect for a busy person like myself. Valuation was accurate and there was plenty footfall in the property to see it go under offer. Great value for money and would recommend.

We had a stressful time with our chain but Morag was great at guiding us through the process and great at holding others to account. Would recommend for all conveyancing needs!

16th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.
