The team also did a great job with our online listing, looking at our advert we nearly put a bid in on ourselves. Much thanks to the entire team.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.
23rd Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Renting from this Agent was one of the biggest mistakes of our lives. We rented a property at Elms Avenue which was extremely poorly maintained. We vacated the property within 6 months of renting - that should be indicative of how badly we were treated. Their entire response was that - the property meets the PHS standards for letting, beyond that I heard stuff like ‘it’s an old property, it is what it is’ & they arranged service folks who came and ranted about how badly managed that property was because the landlord was not good (this property was let and managed by them).<br>1) We moved in towards end of Dec and did not have heating in a massive 5 bed house for few days because no one was able to come immediately during Xmas and new years (response: it worked 2 weeks ago, we will get someone in). The temperate outside was -2 and inside was 0.<br>2) they had a dryer it’s a pull out drawer which was full of black moldy water with dryer covered with lint etc (response: never received one)<br>3) washing machine broke ie the drum cracked completely. I raised the issue that the machine was making a massive amount of noise a week before it broke (response: nothing till the machine broke and a week went by and then I asked for them to pay for my laundry collection and drop of service etc which they did)<br>4) we moved into a house with oven not working (which was on 28th Dec), we got the oven replaced on the Thursday before Easter (response: multiple attempts were made with AO who didn’t deliver because of parking issues) - they never answered how they would be reacting if multiple attempts to pay rent was made but rent was NOT actually paid.<br>5) the water dispenser in the fridge leaks every once a month - the water dispenser is not usable since it has mold which they didn’t think should be cleaned.<br>2 of their toilets leaked, door to the backyard is rotten, dishwasher broke. The list simply doesn’t end.<br><br>DO NOT RENT WITH THESE GUYS. they are lucky we got out as I had started a case against their property with the council with the mold etc but knowing how quickly the council works, before they could act on this, we had vacated. They brought the worst out of us, I had written so many emails and eventually towards the end they were in all caps and so rude because the attitude and actually Shannon telling us ‘it’s an old property, it is what it is’ tipped us over.<br><br>Imagine we vacated the property by July with a child which was 2 moves in 8 months - the mental stress they have caused us - that’s an 8 months of our lives we will not get back.<br>I wish no one in Elms Avenue uses them, I told the street how bad they were and how bad that property was to as many as possible.<br>PS: we are landlords and have been tenants before- this explained why the tenancy rights act changed. It is to protect tenants from horrendous landlords and agents like these.<br>I am attaching pics of the water dispenser from the fridge and the dryer lint which was black gunk.

22nd Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)We’ve now completed our second commercial property purchase through Nick and Sam and once again the service has been excellent.<br><br>This was a £1.3m+ purchase and there were additional complications due to the property being held within a pension fund. Nick and Sam handled everything extremely well, kept all parties happy and made sure the transaction continued moving forward smoothly throughout.<br><br>They were always easy to contact, including outside normal working hours and were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive.<br><br>This is now the second property we have purchased through them and they have found us two really strong opportunities. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced commercial estate agent.<br><br>5-star service from start to finish.

I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.
20th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and I couldn't have wished for a better experience.<br>A very special heartfelt thank you to you Sadie, we couldn't have moved into our dream property without your tremendous efforts, persistent chasing with Solicitors etc, not to mention all the email exchanges and phone calls and always keeping us updated. 1st Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

From the very beginning I found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, and helpful person, who did everything he could to help me sell my property, making sure I understood the landscape and was making prudent decisions, even when this was counter to the business's interests. Very glad to have found them.
