We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Searching for a new home is even more stressful…<br><br>Last year, while searching for a new home in the Cotswolds, we had the good fortune to meet Tanya Hall from Carter Jonas Oxford. As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.<br><br>Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process. At every point of the negotiation we felt heard and understood by Tanya.<br><br>Now almost a year into our tenancy, we could not be happier with our decision and as a distinct bonus, our landlords have become dear friends.<br><br>We could not be more thrilled with Tanya’s level of service. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new dream home in the Cotswolds.
8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We just sold our home and I would highly recommend RA Bennett’s Estate Agency in Broadway, Worcestershire.<br><br>Emily took the reins and worked tirelessly with us and all of the relevant parties for the sale of our property ! She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support. I was very pleased with the photographs of my property. I also found them to be very accessible and quick to respond with regard to communication, whether by phone, email or texts. So I was kept fully informed during the process. Would I use them again? Yes, I would.

I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. They're professional, and their knowledge of the area is second-to-none.<br><br>We moved to Maxwell Douglas after a bad experience with another agent, and they had us re-listed with new photos taken within two days. We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.
