1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
29th May 2026 (20 days ago)We unfortunately needed to transfer to another PM due to them shutting down and were referred to BRH (blessing in disguise), we've been with them for 4 years and I can honestly say they were highly likely the best referral out of the other options we had for the area. It started with a call with Carl Agar who gave us the assurances from their establishment and how long they have been around for which then made me comfortable to sign with them. Ever since then we only got the best guidance and solutions suited to our plans. Along that journey we had their property manager in our care, Amy, who was top-notch through and through. She left and came back which we were so happy about! Alongside them, Carly, who was in the admin team, has now been promoted and I could have easily seen that happening from a mile away or recommended it myself. Carly was always reliable (Happy voice) or accommodating our needs, she always understood, organized and communicated as a landlord would want. Never questioning but answering or providing solutions. How I felt with BRH was even though I knew our portfolio wasn't huge, I didn't ever feel like we were "the little guys." We were treated with care and urgency when needed, and we were never deprioritized. Further along our journey, Georgia took over from Amy and she was on point too, so you can tell they hire only people with the right level of expertise. Our journey needed to come to an end because of circumstances, so it was time for us to sell. BRH assigned Josh to the opportunity who was already introduced to us at that point. So we knew we were in good hands as he always went the extra mile for us, we also reluctantly asked for small favours but they were never questioned but done. But primarily the reason why we still chose to go ahead with BRH for our sale was his expertise and professionalism. The way they evaluate our property and the way they present us to the open market gave us, I felt, the best exposure to achieve our sale. We managed to complete on both the agreed terms and timeline we expected. IF we do ever come back to the market for this area, I would be happy to reach out to BRH again.

27th May 2026 (22 days ago)As a landlord, my wife and I decided that with the complications of new landlord tenancy acts coming into force perhaps now is the time to consider appointing an agent. Being wary, we decided to provide a single property with Wm H Brown. We met with their representative Ms Lily Telford. It would be an understatement to say that we were impressed with Lily’s ability knowledge energy and keenness to serve and to help us. Miss Telford did exactly what she promised us…..she let the Property at a good rental within 48 hours we were astonished. We then came into contact with other members of Lily Telford‘s team, each one of them a clone of her professionalism and keenness to help and to serve us. This has proven to be a very good move for us and I highly recommend any Property owner with a single or multiple Properties…..you will not find a better letting agent than Ms Lily Telford and her team at Wm H Brown.

28th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Just finished a tenancy, which was almost 5 years. They were great from start to finish. Moving in was smooth, quick to respond to queries. Repairs were always done timely with no issues. They were also flexible with my moving out date and I even got my bond back! Thank you :)

As I live in a different Country I relied heavily on their involvement and I wasn't disappointed. Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.

They have been totally.on top of every aspect of the sale, including suggesting tradesmen that I could use for various investigative things. They contacted me.every week with an update, allowing me the opportunity to chase things up with my solicitors and vice versa. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, personable and professional. 4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)At the initial valuation, the valuer was professional and had researched thoroughly prior to the visit which allowed me to achieve a price I was happy with in a quick time. From that point, I received regular and prompt communication from the Wigwam team - this allowed the process to run smoothly and was stress free. Would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their house.
