22nd Jul 2020 (6 years ago)I recently viewed a rental property via Roselins & they couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We bought two years ago and recently recommended them to our neighbours who are selling, which made me think I should finally leave a review (which I promised to do at the time...sorry Tony!)
Tony was great, talked to us realistically about budgets, time frames, and expectations as first time buyers. He even recommended us a mortgage broker when ours when quiet, who came through and helped us to complete.
Tony knows the area, his trade, and is a genuine guy with good intentions - would use again if we move for sure!
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Angela and Jo provided an excellent service with great communication throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. Thank you both!
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months
They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.
All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open
Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.
And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish. A number of offers received within 2 weeks of listing some in excess of asking price. Richard helped us to navigate the whole process really effectively really good clear and efficient communication. Nothing was to was much trouble. Richard ensured the sale was completed in good time and was always communicating with all parties involved and kept us informed every step of the way.
He is personable, reliable and someone you can trust. Would highly recommend RL Morris to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area as you will recieve a more personal service then that offered by some of the larger chains.
Cant thank Richard enough!
24th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Great estate agents
Would give 6 stars if possible
Thanks to Saul and the team
18th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I’ve just purchased my first property with Stevenette and I can’t recommend them enough! They were informative, kept me updated with the progress and when there were delays with some unforeseen issues, they communicated with me throughout and followed up with all relevant parties so that the process would be as smooth as possible. Despite being a solo first time buyer, I felt they treated me as a loyal customer whilst also ensuring I understood what each stage meant and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!
Neil King Residential - London
10 Electric Parade, George Lane, South Woodford, London, E18 2LY
(62 reviews)
24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.
15th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a great experience renting through Friend & Farrelly Property Services, and I can’t thank Rob enough for all of his help.

This was my first rental in London/UK, so I was naturally a little nervous, but Rob made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was always understanding, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I needed anything, it was sorted almost immediately, which made me feel genuinely looked after as a tenant.

Thank you, Rob, for your professionalism, kindness, and support throughout my tenancy. I truly appreciate everything you did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Friend & Farrelly Property Services to anyone looking for a reliable and caring letting agent.

The Good Estate Agent
The Good Pack Ltd, Studio 3, IslandWorks, Sheerness Dockyard Church, Garrison Road, Sheerness, Kent, ME12 1ED(26 reviews)
27th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Friendly and helpful agent
16th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)5stars all the way. The best estate agents in Chelmsford . Both Charlotte & Keelie went out of their way to ensure we found our property . Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I felt that I was in safe hands, Stuart was very reassuring and knowledgeable and helped me to sell me property very quickly.
13th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Big promises but poor delivery
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They’ve really made things easy for me struggled with a couple things but they helped me
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Highly recommend - genuinely caring
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.

It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.

He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.

There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.

We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!
23rd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. So far very seamless and you feel you are in safe , honest hands .
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Fantastic Agent, very professional and quick. Always there to help and were fantastic throughout the whole process of a property purchase I made with them. Would definitely recommend.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Alfie is nothing short of brilliant! From the initial viewings right through to completion, he was always available whenever I needed him, offering support, reassurance, and guidance every step of the way. His personality, professionalism, and genuine care were absolutely sensational. ??????

Thank you so much, Alfie, for all your help in getting my house sold. You truly are the best estate agent, going above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A huge thank you to both Kyrie and Alfie for everything you’ve done. Your hard work, dedication, and personal touch have meant so much to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Highly recommend! ??
