19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)We bought two years ago and recently recommended them to our neighbours who are selling, which made me think I should finally leave a review (which I promised to do at the time...sorry Tony!)<br>Tony was great, talked to us realistically about budgets, time frames, and expectations as first time buyers. He even recommended us a mortgage broker when ours when quiet, who came through and helped us to complete.<br>Tony knows the area, his trade, and is a genuine guy with good intentions - would use again if we move for sure!

They have made my life so much less stressful. Always on hand to deal with issues & extremely knowledgeable with advice. I would never go anywhere else. They are the only agent for me.

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

I would highly recommend Davis homes and would use them again if we need to sell a property in future
2nd Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

18th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)I’ve just purchased my first property with Stevenette and I can’t recommend them enough! They were informative, kept me updated with the progress and when there were delays with some unforeseen issues, they communicated with me throughout and followed up with all relevant parties so that the process would be as smooth as possible. Despite being a solo first time buyer, I felt they treated me as a loyal customer whilst also ensuring I understood what each stage meant and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

24th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Everyone at Douglas Allen was helpful and supportive. Unfortunately the house hat to be sold for a lot less than expected as the market was not very fluid. At least a buyer was found very quickly and we bought the bungalow we wanted at a small discount from the asking price.

She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)

11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I've had the best experience with Pindrop Property, the main managing director showed me the property the experience was wonderful, their communication was on point throughout the whole process until the end of the completions of the sale. They were very accommodating when needed to communicate with the sellers. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will return if I look for another property in the future.
