Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I selected Flick&Son to deal with the sale of my late mothers house from a number of local estate agents as they were recommended and seemed to have the sort of local knowledge I wanted as we live some way away. This turned out to be a good choice as Matt, Sabrina, Richard and Henry all contributed to what turned out to be a long drawn out process with some disappointing twists and turns. Throughout it all I valued their collective support and advice, particularly when we were beginning to despair at ever completing the process. Sabrina was very reassuring and finally oversaw getting the whole thing over the line, many thanks Sabrina. I'm also particularly grateful to Matt who started the whole sale off and was very helpful in keeping an eye on the property when it was empty. I would recommend Flick&Son as they have that local knowledge and personal touch that I valued, not perfect but pretty good all the same.

11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We can't thank Eva Jones at TW Gaze in Diss enough for helping us through what turned out to be a genuinely difficult purchase. The sale was delayed for months by probate issues, and dealing with the seller's accountant and solicitors was far from straightforward.<br><br>Throughout it all, Eva's persistence, communication and sheer stamina were first class. She kept chasing when things stalled, kept us properly informed at every stage, and never let the process lose momentum even when it would have been easy for things to drift. Without her, we're honestly not sure the purchase would have completed at all.<br><br>If you're buying or selling in the Diss area and want someone who will genuinely fight your corner, Eva and the team at TW Gaze come with our highest recommendation.- 14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Phil and Sarah have been excellent and a tremedous help in getting a family property sold while we were too far away to visit the property regularly. 16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
