4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.
27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I found Hawes & Co very efficient throughout the process. There communication is brilliant. I was always able to reach someone at their office. Calls were returned and emails answered promptly.
22nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. 29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

17th May 2024 (1 year ago)Ross Hand are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with, and Robert and Kim are two of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of knowing. Starting the tenancy was smooth. Throughout the period of our tenancy, any issues were always promptly addressed by Robert and Kim (and the landlords). Overall, we are super impressed, and really appreciate their efforts to make our rental period a very satisfactory one. Based on our positive experience, we can confidently say that if you are renting via Ross Hand estate agents, you are certainly in good hands!
