2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.
20th May 2024 (2 years ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.

They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Great service from the very first encounter in the office. Lovely attentive, kind and calmly professional throughout each interaction. We met Paige initially who took our details and assured us she would help us navigate the current challenges in the market as best she could. She had a property coming on to the market which might suit needs. George then showed us around, handling a challenge with keys for the property with great calm and determination. we didn't feel rushed at all and could take time to get a feel for the property. We requested a second viewing, met by Paige again. She was insightful, open and helpful, guiding us through each step. In safe hands with these professionals, kind and not pushy in any way. Would highly recommend this firm and this team.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

Unprofessional, no communication skills, sneaky, loves telling lies, no care attitude until something needs sorting their end. Seems to magically forget or pretend to be unaware of rules and regulations. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this place. How it still runs baffles me. Shocking is an understatement- This agent doesn't have any reviews
