Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We sold our house in Scotland and Katie Wright managed the process for us.<br><br>Katie kept us well informed at every stage of the sale, which as we live in Australia was important to us. Delivery of the sale was absolutely on time, and Katie's liason with our buyers solicitor was exemplary.<br><br>I cannot recommend her and Ralph Sayer enough.

11th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

He is so friendly, kind and most importantly patient. I had some issues with keys working - and he was very helpful. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks so much
24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I used Malcolm Jack & Matheson's services to assist with purchasing my first home, receiving support from their property solicitor Lynsey Pender. Lynsey was a great help throughout the process which as a first-time-buyer could be quite daunting. I received regular updates and information at each stage of the process and Lynsey was very prompt in answering any queries I had and supporting me when needed. I would highly recommend MJ & M's services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

We are so glad that we did!<br><br>From the very initial stages our Property Valuer Kevin Conway instantly put us at ease. He took a genuine interest in our property and ensured he noted down all the key features. He was very knowledgeable of the market and was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to setting an asking price which would attract interest while obtaining a reasonable expectation to achieve more than the valuation or at least the valuation.<br><br>The system for setting up viewings of our property for sale and gaining feedback worked very well. We were giving plenty of notice of viewings allowing us time to make arrangements for our baby.<br><br>Sian Burt (senior paralegal) and Phoebe King (trainee solicitor) were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, ensure that we understood every part of the process,and to support us through it and their communication was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for more! For what is a very stressful experience we were made to feel in very safe hands.<br><br>Suzie Johnstone (Anti-Money Laundering Officer) was very clear in what documentation we required for all the checks and made it a very streamlined process.<br><br>Apologies for anyone I have missed. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Everyone we dealt with were highly professional, knowledgeable and provided an exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.
