Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the propertyFine & Country Nottingham

The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.
19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely amazing from start to finish, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. With two young kids we could take them into the modern office whilst we had a chat on sofas (crayons, paper and a few toys were on hand). Free parking on site and customer toilets.<br>We had a few issues understanding some forms so Karen sat with us and talked through them also gave us advice when we had our survey and structural reports back.<br>Anytime something came up that we were unsure about, SP were always there to reassure, advise and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br>Thank you all so much for the help in such stressful time, we really appreciate all the conversations and advice you gave us.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
1st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)If I could give 10/5 I would! Everything was so easy, with communication being mostly via WhatsApp and nothing is out of their job description. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
