5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would definitely recommend them!
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor communication when trying to put in an offer on a house.

16th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Great place to work in a lovely location with the best team :)
15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.
15th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Jean and Lesley are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If I was selling a property in the area I would definitely choose Coast and Marina!
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole team are nice and friendly can’t fault them in anyways the whole experience was simple and easy with help whenever needed making the whole process smooth for our move.

Big shout out to Ruby & Lucy
30th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Great service from start to finish, the advice and support given were top drawer.
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.

If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
9th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Would recommend. Very proactive in chasing my buyers solicitor up, which was challenging at times. Very professional service from Adam and the team who all kept me well informed.
30th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Good around thank you
6th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)LL Estate Agents were exceptional. We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
30th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Wow! What an amazing, refreshing superb approach to estate agency! Real down to earth, friendly, professional accommodating team where all members are aware of where things are up to and make you feel confident and comfortable when making decisions! I would highly recommend to anyone coming to market or looking for their next property! You will be truly looked after well! Wish you all the success!
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fixed mythermostat no bother
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Melissa?&?Clwyd would like to express our sincere gratitude to Brooke?Farrelly for all her support and dedication while we found our forever home that we have fallen in love with ??????.?She consistently went above and beyond, keeping us fully updated every step of the way.?We only wish we had sold our home through Idris too!?We have already recommended Idris to our sister?in?law, as their team helped make our property journey far less stressful.?Thank you so much, we highly recommend this company. Many thanks from Melissa and Clwyd.
