12th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Been trying to get a hold of them for a viewing for a last few weeks and no one is picking up. Previously called them for another house and they actually picked up but the viewing times were very limited.
14th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Inefficient and unprofessional. As a landlord I was not provided with any documentation or invoices for the last two years that they managed my properties. I reviewed them in 2017 when the service they offered was good following the deterioration of service, which commenced in 2020, I have requested numerous times that they remove that review as it is no longer true. To date they have refused to do so hence necessitating this review. An example of their unprofessionalism. When I removed my properties from the agency I had to repeatedly request the return of the keys for those houses. Such is the small mindedness of the director, the keys were returned in one envelope with all identifying tags and anything holding the keys together removed. A large number of keys jumbled together. Avoid at all costs.

2nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

Helen Larkin and Beverly were Amazing , we had a lot of ups and downs selling ,nothing but things we couldn’t foresee ,but they were there every step of the way to help and reassure ,it would have been a hard time without them , so a massive Thank you !jane and family
