14th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Inefficient and unprofessional. As a landlord I was not provided with any documentation or invoices for the last two years that they managed my properties. I reviewed them in 2017 when the service they offered was good following the deterioration of service, which commenced in 2020, I have requested numerous times that they remove that review as it is no longer true. To date they have refused to do so hence necessitating this review. An example of their unprofessionalism. When I removed my properties from the agency I had to repeatedly request the return of the keys for those houses. Such is the small mindedness of the director, the keys were returned in one envelope with all identifying tags and anything holding the keys together removed. A large number of keys jumbled together. Avoid at all costs.

The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first. I would like to especially thank Zac and Georgia, very professional and efficient. Will use Pearson again.

The team was professional, friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and everything was handled efficiently, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable estate and lettings agent!
8th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)When the agent came round to value to vale the property it was very relaxed. They were no pressure in selling and explained the process and answered any queries putting us at ease considering this was the first time selling what was our first family home. Once the house was listed, Reside dealt with all the viewings and fit it around us generally conducting group viewings so it was less intrusive on our family life. Once sold they kept in regular contact with us and the buyers to help the sale complete.

6th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
