Both Noora and Nadim were really helpful throughout helping with printing off documents, Always being very responsive and ensuring the entire process was stress-free for my grandma. I really recommend them as a estate agent to whoever is selling/purchasing or doing both! Thanks again guys!

26th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Andy was spot on with his valuation and approach to marketing the property. His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
11th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

6th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

Communication was fantastic throughout, and they kept me updated every step of the way. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about finding the right tenants for my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable.

I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

12th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way.
