When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.
1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I met Yvonne from Bairstow Eves when I was looking for a new property in the area and I was impressed by her professionalism and her expert knowledge of the industry. She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria. When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market! Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. Throughout that time, they have been exceptional in managing my property and have consistently exceeded my expectations. They have always done an outstanding job of maximising the return on my investment, regularly securing top-end rental offers. On one occasion, when we experienced a leak from a neighbouring property, they went above and beyond to ensure that every penny we were entitled to was recovered through the insurance process. Just as importantly, they take great care in looking after the property itself. They ensure tenants treat it well, stay on top of maintenance issues, and deal with repairs promptly and professionally. Whenever problems arise, they are proactive in finding practical, cost-effective solutions rather than simply opting for the most expensive route. What I value most, however, is their honesty and integrity. Over more than ten years working together, they have never tried to push unnecessary work or expenses. Instead, they consistently provide balanced, sensible advice and look for the most effective solution. The level of trust they've earned means I can genuinely leave things in their hands without worrying. They also never shy away from hard work. Whether dealing with difficult situations, unexpected issues, or the countless details involved in property management, they tackle everything with professionalism and determination. A special mention must go to Miriam, who has been my primary point of contact for at least the last five years. She is an absolute credit to Martin & Co. — always on top of things, incredibly responsive, proactive, and a pleasure to deal with. No matter the issue, I know it will be handled quickly and thoroughly, and her communication is consistently excellent. She is also a genuinely wonderful human being (and the reason i am writing this review!) After more than a decade as a client, I can say without hesitation that Martin & Co. have made being a landlord significantly easier and less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and highly effective property management team.

I recently moved into a new flat, and Network Agencies has been incredibly responsive and proactive with maintenance requests. Within a short time, they cleared the exterior drains, fixed a broken toilet handle, replaced an old and rusted oven, and even covered the cost of a garden waste disposal bin. Their professionalism and quick communication have made settling into my new home very easy. I feel looked after and like they genuinely care. Special shout out to Dino, Alex, and Andy - thank you for all your support. Highly recommended.

As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently worked with Zuplex to rent a property in Harlow, Essex. From day 1 the team were helpful. Dilber showed us around and answered any questions we had, and then oversaw the process of obtaining info for background checks etc. Berk was our contact for all the paperwork and every interaction with him was easy. Their efficiency throughout the whole process meant we were in the new home within a month of viewing it. I’d read a few bad reviews on here previously and honestly have no idea where they’ve come from, everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I’d definitely approach Zuplex if I was in the property market again, thanks guys for making a stressful time of our lives a little less stressful!

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

30th May 2026 (20 days ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
