14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The property only had about 3 viewings in the whole time. ( about 4 months). They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.

She fully appreciated the unique qualities and how to present them. She communicates quickly and effectively with constant follow up. Highly recommend.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

If I ever need to purchase anything again in my hometown, I will definitely call the team again to find me the right property. Thanks again guys.

Cannot fault abode for their professionalism, communication and getting the viewers in to view the house. Always kept us informed on any little matter, viewings and feedback . So pleased we decided to go with abode. Would not hesitate in recommending abode to anyone wanting to sell , buy or rent.
20th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. Highly unprofessional. The guy wanted to show me the lifts and communal area which is a joke!

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!

31st May 2026 (20 days ago)I have used estate agents across the UK for business and private buying, selling and renting over the years. This is the first time that I have met an agent like Elizabeth. So many agencies over promise and under deliver. Elizabeth Gaughan is very different. The reason she is different is that she is professional, does what she says and makes sensible recommendations. She is pleasant, friendly and helpful. Elizabeth and Richard are easy to reach when you need them and knowledgeable about the local market. One of them would answer a query within minutes of it being asked. I would use this business again and recommend Elizabeth Gaughan wholeheartedly.
7th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sold my house through Woodstead Sales & Lettings in Nottingham and was really happy with ho it all went. They gave advice on pricing, handled the viewings well and kept me in the loop the whole way through. It wasn’t completely smooth (as these things never are) but they were always on hand to help sort things and keep it moving. Would 100% recomend them if you’re selling in Nottingham ??????
