The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.

14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The property only had about 3 viewings in the whole time. ( about 4 months). They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.

6th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I spent two days trying to book a property viewing, calling over 25 times before anyone even answered. Instead of helping me over the phone, they insisted I send an email—even though I explained I was on a tight deadline to move. I emailed immediately, stating I was available any day, any time. They ignored my email. When I called them back 15 times the next day, the representative was completely rude and refused to book a viewing, claiming someone else had seen it yesterday and would likely take it. To make matters worse, the property is still actively listed on OnTheMarket right now. Why ask for my availability via email, refuse to book a viewing, and leave the ad live if it's supposedly taken? The way I was spoken to felt dismissive and discriminatory. Older reviews might look good, but their current service is appalling. Save your time and avoid this agency.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

27th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
20th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
7th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I would like to sincerely thank Sam and Sarah for the outstanding service they provided throughout the purchase of my new home.<br><br>From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly helpful, especially with communicating between me and the seller. He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Throughout the group chat and the entire buying process, she kept everyone updated with any news from both my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>The teamwork, professionalism, and excellent cooperation between everyone involved made the whole process smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate all the hard work, dedication, and support that Sam and Sarah gave me from start to finish.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Poor promotion of the property.<br>I have now spoken to one of the bigger firms in Beeston. Lots of professionals and confidence.<br>It is time to try another agent. One which uses all the websites like Zoopla, On The market as well as Rightmove

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and shewas constantly chasing things behind the scenes tokeep everything progressing. It made a stressful process much easier. Would definitely recommend.
