She has been exceptionally good at understanding our requirements and tailoring her property suggestions to homes we’re likely to love. She is polite, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the process. 1st Apr 2026 (7 mo. ago)We had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time. However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing. There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photos, and written confirmation of any instructions throughout the tenancy.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Royston was extremely accommodating for several house visits we arranged throughout the purchase process, he was always contactable by phone and replied immediately and clearly to any emails we sent him. Royston also acted as an imperative form of communication between ourselves and the sellers when the solicitors may have not have been so responsive. He personally allowed us to ensure the purchase went through as quickly and as stress free as possible and we are very grateful for his professionalism and helpful approach to our purchase from beginning to end. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Davies and Partners.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

He sold my mother’s bungalow with dedication, quick responses, a great friendly manner and kept the interested parties in the chain informed, chasing them when necessary. I would definitely recommend Good Choice Property Sales if you need an Estate Agent.
31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . 26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Any questions we had he was always there to answer.<br>He encouraged us to value our house at a better price than anyone else and got us 3 viewings in the first week, 2 of which offered the full asking price. We’d thoroughly recommend him. He’s also a thoroughly nice bloke to work with.
