22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. I’ve literally just had my offer on a property in Rugby accepted, so a long way to go yet, but Iona Campbell and Matthew Measures have been great! All my checks were carried out swiftly and I’ve got to say they have installed a sense of confidence that they’ll help me through the whole buying process. Viewings were arranged easily and again, they were friendly and professional in the way they were conducted and how they’ve dealt with us. I appreciate its early days, but I’ve been impressed and first impressions count a lot with me, so I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you Iona and Matthew for (hopefully) finding us our new forever home!

Within a week we had photos and floor plan completed and the following week over 10 viewings and an offer within two days. We have been particularly impressed with clear and prompt communications and found the online Street App very easy to use. Everyone at SBK have been friendly and positive and helpful. Thank you

5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)every time i’ve had dealings with chelton brown, the people have been absolutely lovely but the timing that this company (or perhaps just this office) works on is ridiculous. myself and my partner have attempted to get in contact to try and rent a property with them twice now, and have reached out to them within hours of the property being listed. both times i have had no response from them for days and after reaching out to them to follow up i’ve been told it’s either already let or they are not accepting anymore bookings to view the property. of course, i could understand this if i initially contacted them after a property had been on the market a while but for me to reach out within HOURS of the listing, receive nothing back from them and then be told “we’re sorry we’re not accepting anybody else at the moment” i find it quite frankly ridiculous. again the staff have all been perfectly pleasant when i have spoken to them but its incredibly disheartening to be on it as soon as a listing appears only to not have the opportunity to decide if we even want it or not, simply due to the office neglecting to respond. i understand they’re busy but it’s so frustrating to be rejected unreasonably.

I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.

The process should have been relatively straightforward as a small chain but the seller’s solicitor was extremely unprofessional and the process took over 4 months. We are so grateful for the professional service received and cannot see another local agent pushing through for all parties. We all felt that we received personal service from a true professional.
