This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.<br><br>The entire team were approachable, efficient, and genuinely committed to making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises.<br><br>My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors ??????) but MG always remained professional and in the loop.<br><br>??????????

Was initially being let down after positive viewings, mainly by a lack of communication.<br><br>From the start to completion of this Chelton Brown Ltd listed property, the service overall was absolutely great. Can not fault the super friendly and professional staff, who provided a top class service.<br>After nearly a month at this property it's lovely, and as advertised and advised. So just like to say a big thank you to all the staff for you excellent service throughout this process. Especially have to mention Sophia and Grace who I mainly dealt with. They were both extremely helpful, and full of clear facts and advice, with great communication. Our success was due to their knowledge of the local market & giving us fantastic advice in relation to the pricing and marketing of our home.<br><br>During the whole process, communication was fantastic and we received regular updates at every stage.<br><br>We sat on the market for 12 weeks before moving to JG, and it was the best decision we made. From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
