Even in this tough market they’ve been the best — professional, proactive, and really on top of everything. Angela and the team made the whole process smooth and got the result we wanted. Highly recommend.
3rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Terrible experience. This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Very happy with the service of Andy, Sophie and the SBK team. We felt that Andy was the only estate agent we had over that really got our house. Sophie was lovely and really took time to look over our home with us before conducting the viewings. I’d also viewed a couple of properties with Sophie and was impressed with her so was very happy when she was assigned to our house. The app was really handy to keep on top of the viewings and the feedback received from potential buyers who were contacted by Sophie promptly after the viewings. We got something like 10 offers out of 11 viewings and achieved a sale price quite significantly over asking price with their assistance. Their rate was also very reasonable. They were always easy to contact and also gave us some valuable advice in our search for our onward purchase. Highly recommend and we’d definitely use them again.

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

Advice at all stages was clear and our input was incorporated where relevant. Best service received in comparison to any agency I have dealt with in the past.

Our success was due to their knowledge of the local market & giving us fantastic advice in relation to the pricing and marketing of our home.<br><br>During the whole process, communication was fantastic and we received regular updates at every stage.<br><br>We sat on the market for 12 weeks before moving to JG, and it was the best decision we made.
