Best of all they kept us updated as to progress of sale, sometimes more so than the lawyers. Preston and Sinead very approachable and professional, would not hesitate to recommend.

This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. I give them 5 stars, and would give more if I could. In summary they go above and beyond, are professional, highly responsive, and deeply knowledgeable. Cannot recommend them enough.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. From the very start of the process, to selling our property, Howkins & Harrison in Towcester were fully committed and on the ball. I must also give our utmost thanks and gratitude to Nikki Trott who has been brilliant all the way through. I have found renting from company's in the past to be painfully long and communication poor. I will be sure to stick with Chelton Brown where possible whilst renting and in the future I would certainly consider buying my first home through them.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything, Teresa - here is hoping our next chain (whenever that may be) will be a successful one!

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
