We faced multiple challenges when trying to find & secure an onward property but they handled our sale amazingly. They were realistic but positive throughout which kept us going when I would have otherwise have given up. I would highly recommend the team.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in
2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)One of the most professional and reliable lettings agents I’ve ever rented from! Everyone working on the lettings side have always been friendly and efficient throughout my tenancy. The amount of care that they’ve exhibited as a lettings agent has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it. Queries/problems (albeit minimal!) have always been dealt with efficiently. If you’re thinking about renting a property with Davies and Partners, don’t think twice, they’ll get snapped up quick. Circumstances have changes for me but if I needed to find a home again, I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!

Read the contract carefully especially with respect to payment of fees on termination and the length of the tail. I was also unhappy with the handling of my property sale which is why I ended up engaging another agent who were successful.

From the very start of our sale process, it was clear that Martyn and the whole team at Breckon & Breckon are dedicated professionals, all of whom are extremely experienced, competent, easy to work with and reliable. Martyn's regular communication and guidance was impeccable, and when we ran into challenges, he was always on board to support us and demonstrate flexibility and true service. Their network of buyers meant we received consistent, viable queries and we agreed to a sale on our property within 2 months, certainly an indication of Martyn and the team's commitment to their clients' needs. We cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon Woodstock more for all sale, purchase and lettings processes. Huge thanks to the whole team.

We are in the process of buying through their Towcester branch and so far the communication, pragmatic advice and guidance and the general support on offer has been second to none. The whole team have been great although we've worked mainly with Karen, who has without doubt gone above and beyond with communication, following up third parties, and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison.
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Spoke to a chap called Adam who was very unprofessional and rude. He spoke on the phone in a condescending way and then responded very unprofessionally when texting to discuss a viewing. I have declined the viewing as a result of this.

Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. On their website, Round & Jackson introduce themselves as offering a “modern approach with honest and traditional values and we aim to provide the highest level of service to sellers and buyers” our experience is that they absolutely achieve this and more. At the start of the process, it is easy to underestimate the importance and value of using an excellent agent. 3rd Mar 2020 (4 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!

Our house sale was a little more difficult, due to selling while tenanted. Thanks to Laura’s patience, kindness, flexibility and communication skills we secured a sale which I do not believe we would have done with another estate agency.
