He matched the property to my requirements, phoned after the viewing to see how I got on, followed up with messages on a weekend he wasn't working and his actions have allowed me to secure a property within less than 2 days. Excellent customer service and communication and fast acting sending memos. Really impressed!
31st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . From first viewing, thank you Zoe, to picking up the keys, we were very well looked after and felt that nothing was too much trouble. It was especially useful to be kept informed of the sale as it was going through, thank you Danielle. Knowing that Willsons are still there for you even after the sale has gone through is a great comfort when you are new to the area too. A seamless experience and I would recommend anyone consider Willsons when buying a property in this area, they go the extra mile and really look after you. Thanks to Danielle, Zoe & all the Team

5th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)Very poor experience trying to sell my property with this estate agent. Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

The can do attitude in getting the job done was admirable and definitely contributed to getting our purchase over the line a lot quicker than other agents. Would definitely recommend them as an estate agents to use

We changed agents to Fairweather and we saw the positive results from day one. We appreciated their regular contact, even if it was a quiet period. Juan was incredibly helpful and even our buyers commented on the regular updates they had from him. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.
