23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.

They were always responsive and helpful, and any questions or issues were handled quickly and professionally. It made the whole process of renting our space stress-free. Highly recommend!- 15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.
31st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . 14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
