They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.

As soon as probate was granted he aligned peope to view and very soon we had an offer. He is a lovely man providing an excellent service. I would recommend 100% Many thanks

Excellent marketing and support from start to finish. Highly recommend.- 21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Following a bereavement I had to sell the family home, I wanted a local estate agent as they know the area well. Made an appointment to meet Lewis from Connells of Plympton at the property and he went through the options we had to sell the property, we decided to go with the modern auction method which was a great time saver as probate was delayed by several months. Lewis and the Connells team, along with the auctioneer kept in touch regularly throughout, and finally with Grant of probate, we commenced the auction. Lewis handled over two dozen viewings and oversaw the reserve and liaiased with bidders, being local he knows his patch well, plus i could keep tabs on the bids via the auctioneers website, which took the pressure off myself. The auction was done within 14 days and sold to our satisfaction, which has been a huge relief. The fees involved were very reasonable also, and we are grateful to Lewis and Connells for guiding us through the process. Will complete within 56 days period as well, so an outstanding service from Lewis and Connells and it is a pleasure to highly recommend them, if you're not sure, then ask someonewho is, only takes a phone call and they're more than happy to help and they're genuinely nice people.

A lovely welcome box with the keys as a bonus.- 9th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.
