The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. We would highly recommend to hire / use Pink street for anything related with properties selling / buying.

Good communication all the way through and explained each step of the process clearly. Dan was quick to chase up others in the chain and ensure he always knew what the latest information was to keep us in the loop. Thoroughly recommend if you're after a personal touch for selling/buying from someone who knows what they're doing and will keep in touch with you throughout.

Their combination of residential sales, valuations and property auctions gives them a depth of expertise beyond a typical estate agency. I particularly appreciate the balance between traditional professional standards and modern property marketing. Their strong knowledge of Southsea and Portsmouth, together with the personal approach of an independent firm, makes Nesbits a very reassuring choice for property matters.

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Can’t seem to think outside the box - waited for months for a for sake board despite ringing up asking for one ! Didn’t have one single viewing in 6 months so changed agent who have 2 people interested before it was put back in the market!
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.
2nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

Everything has gone smoothly and I was kept up to date frequently with the steps happening and what I needed to do next. As a first time buyer this was essential because I had no idea what to do! But they made it so easy for me. Thank you to Sue and Laura who were helping with my purchase, I would 100% use this solicitors again.
