Claire was so helpful and responsive, getting back to us with answers to our questions very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tempo, we were really impressed.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried
27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. 16th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .
6th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

Always going above and beyond, communicating to all parties at all times with constant updates. I particularly loved my sales brochure. Phillippa really “understood” my home and ensured the marketing was first class. I would not hesitate to recommend this highly skilled team of professionals in all property areas. Diane Despard

14th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Once we decided to sell our property I walked into all the estate agents in the area Penske Properties was my first stop and set the benchmark a warm welcome knowledgable staff Nikki who explained the pricing there unique database system and pricing. After visiting 3 others who were all very lax shoved business cards in my hand and 1 who showed me another persons contract for pricing it was Penske Hill. They came out priced and then videoed and photographed the property. This team is a cohesive team that communicated efficiently even out of hours emails were effectively responded to and at weekends. We had 3 viewings one cancelled and the 3rd offered Andrew handled the negotiations and happy days. Timeline was excellent marketed end of May offered June completed September with weekly updates on the whole transaction. Yes their fees are higher but for a quality service such as this it’s worth the money. Just to add there is property via another agent that sold 2 months before us and not yet completed. Cannot fault Pendle Hill from Nikki Tom and Andrew to even the staff at their office who ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you Jane
