14th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.

29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely concerning experience with one of this company’s van drivers.<br><br>I was cycling in a designated cycle lane when the van repeatedly veered into the cycle lane and directly into my path. The first time, I had to veer off the road onto the pavement at speed to avoid being hit and potentially going underneath the van.<br><br>I then rejoined the cycle lane, and the driver again veered into the cycle lane and turned left directly across my path, completely cutting me off and coming extremely close to hitting me.<br><br>This was extremely dangerous and erratic driving. I was genuinely concerned that I was going to be hit. I have reported the incident to the company and will also be reporting it to the Metropolitan Police.

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!

The whole process took three weeks from when the property was handed over to the agent and tenants moved in. Fantastic communication throughout every step of the process. Very happy, thank you so much to the whole Manor Estate team.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
