We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. 19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.
7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I would like to take a moment to recognise Sarah-Jane for the outstanding service she provided throughout our purchase. She was consistently cheerful, approachable, and always had a smile on her face. She kept us fully informed at every stage of the process and was extremely flexible when arranging viewing times, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was Sarah-Jane allowing us access to the property prior to moving in so that we could give it a thorough clean. This meant a great deal to us, especially as we have young children, and being able to prepare the home in advance was incredibly important. Every time we met Sarah-Jane in person, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Overall, Beresford were a very easy and flexible agent to work with, and the experience was made even better by Sarah-Jane’s professionalism and positive attitude.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.

Extremely happy with their service and highly recommended
16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)My partner and I have just purchased our first home in Rainham. We have met with a few estate agents in the area but found Patterson Hawthorne to be the best. In particular David, he’s been fantastic throughout and has been there from the beginning of our journey and has helped us get to the finish line with the purchase of our property. He has been an active support for us during this process and we cannot thank him enough. We have enjoyed our experience with PH, in particular with David, so much so that we have said if we look to buy a house in the future, we would go straight to PH.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.
6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! 16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)We had a positive experience with Manor Estate Agent during what was quite a difficult time for me and my family. From the start, the agent was very respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. We made an offer which was accepted, and we went ahead and paid the deposit and first month’s rent. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed, and we found ourselves going back and forth a few times due to uncertainty. Throughout this entire process, Manor Estate Agent remained patient, understanding, and supportive, which we really appreciated given the stress we were under. In the end, we had to withdraw completely, and they refunded our deposit and rent promptly without any issues. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare—many others might have been rude or difficult in that situation. Overall, they demonstrated great ethics and genuine understanding. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

4th May 2026 (1 day ago)Waqas assisted us with the sale of our property and throughout the whole process his professionalism, experience, commitment and reassurance was outstanding. He was always well presented and welcoming. We would highly recommend Waqas at Maybury Estate Agents. Waqas is an active listener, which is a very important skill needed for us sellers/buyers and whether communicating on the phone or in person, he was always personable, amicable, enthusiastic and ready to assist. No question or task was too big or too small for him to answer/action to make this stressful process a little easier. Waqas made light work of selling our property, it sold quickly, smoothly, efficiently and we got the price we wanted. Waqas kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We found ourselves in a difficult situation at the end of the move, where we had completed and ran out of time to move everything out of the property, Waqas was there, out of hours, physically assisting us, move items out of the house, whilst also keeping the buyers happy. If there was ever a person that should be in a job like this, we found him! We sincerely thank you Waqas from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work, commitment, patience and management, through some very trying situations, preventing a volatile and stressful situation from becoming escalated. You kept smiling and remained positive, steadfast and committed. We can’t thank you enough.
